I just received back my repair. I found these guys completely by chance online, I sent back two damaged pairs hopefully that something could be done. I’m so pleased with the job, it was £40 for both pairs, returned, it’s great value. Thanks very much to Rayban Repairs.

Great service - super quick response in sending me the replacement lenses. It was simple to fit the new lenses and my glasses now look 'almost' new. Way better than forking out for a new pair of glasses.

its a shame as it put a bad mark against the brand for me, even though i have been a long standing customer for over 10 years.

Incredibly poor- 2 weeks and I'm still waiting on a pair of screws with no response from customer service. Avoid.

I live in United States sent my glasses for repair because of bent frame and wear and tear. It took a little while to receive glasses back but very happy with glasses being spruce up. Great Job!

Posted my glasses out last Monday (27/04) with a broken arm. Received them back today as good as new. I’m so happy! The glasses are sentimental to me so I’m over the moon they have done such a fab job on them! Would 100% recommend!

I had a pair of original 70’s Aviators that belonged to my uncle. The glasses had a broken nose bar, no pads and were distorted. I found Rayban Repairs and was immediately struck by the glowing reviews. So I committed to the more expensive welding repair price and posted them up. Their communication was brilliant. They told me what they had to do and within a few days the glasses came back in perfect condition with no evidence of the repair. This really is a no brainer these guys are great! Don’t hesitate.

These guys are legends! I spoke with two very friendly gents who bent over backwards to get me the exact pair of glasses I was after and did a lovely bit of custom fitting for me. Product arrived in perfect condition and exactly how it was described. Cheers lads!

I order lens screws for RB3183 but the incorrect screws were sent and it was implied I had placed an incorrect order.
The correct parts were eventually received ( screws and a series of washers) about two weeks after the order was placed. There were no fitting instructions enclosed and there are no online tutorials available.
I requested fitting assistance via direct message and the instructions provided - to fit the plastic washer and the sleeve - were incorrect as only the washer would fit.
I spent a lot of unnecessary time on this, which could have been avoided if the correct part with simple instructions had been despatched at the outset.
The parts do appear to be genuine.

Easy peasy. From Website to delivery to return including payment online, everything went smoothly. The only reason I gave four stars instead of 5 is that the bridge of the sunglasses is still slightly wobbly which is slightly annoying. The process itself was seamless even if the result was a smidge under par.

Super quick and efficient service. My glasses now fit better than they have ever done. I am very pleased and very impressed.

I ordered some lenses for my wife broken Rayban Aviator glasses. They were broken last year on holiday which left my wife very upset after only a few months use. I decided to see if I could get replacements and I was delighted to see the Rayban Repair site. It was very informative showing all necessary information to find the exact lenses and sizes I needed. I fitted my lenses myself which again was easy when I purchased a screwdriver off the site which fits the glasses perfectly. The quality is identical and I did think I would just get the lenses plain, but the Rayban logo was there on the lenses as well. I cannot fault this service at all. And I will have one very happy wife on her return from work. Well done Rayban.

My glasses frames broke, I described the situation to Rayban Repairs and they gave me a very competitive quote. When they received the actual glasses they contacted me and advised that their quote was wrong and it would cost less to do the job.. In addition, they did a fabulous job and kept me advised of progress - a great company to deal with.

This has been the easiest and quickest service I have ever received. The messaging conversation to discuss what I needed to do was very prompt. The day after I posted the glasses (for a new pair of lenses and new screw on one arm) I received an email saying they had received them. Soon after On the same day, a further email saying the job was complete and they had been sent back to me by registered post and they would be two days, which they were! Thanks Rayban, excellent efficient service. Makes a nice change these days, very impressed!!

Sent a damaged pair of Ray Ban sunglasses to have new lenses fitted and the frame put back into shape. Fantastic job made and the glasses look like new, 100% would recommend for the price and workmanship

An excellent service provider. I’ve just had my repaired Rayban’s delivered this morning (12 October). A four day turnaround for the repairs. I’ll certainly recommend them and may purchase from them in the future

great service. wrong replacement lenses put in originally due to apparently mislabelling at the factory. my email was replied to immediately and another free address label made available. the shades were sent back by return with the correct lenses.
