Rawlings Opticians & Hearing Care Omdömen

How refreshing! From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. No pushy sales pitching assistant. The eye test by Helen was thorough and well carried out. Helen explained things not even done by the hospital. I was passed over to Ursula, the Dispensing Optometrist, who asked what the glasses were for. I explained the I wanted them mainly for Archery and driving. She recommended several pairs, but we thought the first were the best choice. I've dealt with Rawlings previously, before my eye surgery and was so enamoured I'm happy to return.

I have been a customer with Rawlings Opticians in Caterham for a number years now and highly recommend them. When Rawlings introduced their Enhanced Hearing Test I decided to book an appointment and I’m so glad I did. Michael the Audiologist conducted the test. His level of professionalism and expertise is second to none. Michael provided a full explanation of the results enabling me to make an informed decision about my next steps. I knew before the appointment that I was likely to need hearing aids which, I must admit, I felt apprehensive about. Michael explained the options available and gave me time to go away and make my decision, completely without any pressure, which I appreciated. I am now the wearer of discreet hearing aids that I can honestly say have made an enormous difference, particularly in social settings. Thank you Michael for your expert care and attention.
Highly recommend this service!

Always helpful, professional, timely and informative. A great service

Easy to make an appointment- managed to get one on the same day! Professional and friendly staff. Straightforward ear examination and wax removal - a great experience.

I visited Rawlings Opticians and Hearing Care on 9th September for a follow-up on my hearing aid. I received wonderful service as always from Mike he's professional, welcoming, pleasant, and gives great advice and relevant information. Mike's easy to talk with and puts you at ease.

Would highly recommend him to friends and family for hearing care.

My first visit to Rawlings, wish I had made the change-over years ago! Very efficient and friendly - Kim my optician made me feel at ease and didn't rush my appointment at all. No pressure to purchase reading glasses after the appointment as I have experienced with other opticians!

The staff were very kind, welcoming and professional.

Took my broken glasses frame into the Croydon branch and they arranged a replacement of the frame front in a 2-3 days, saving some money by not having to replace the arms which were fine.

I have been a customer of Rawlings Winchester for decades, and I really appreciate the personal service, from reception staff, optician and help with suitability and fitting of frames. There's a good range of frame styles and colour, and I'm especially pleased with my latest pair. Thank you, team.

My routine review was timely, thorough and helpful.
A service level that this store routinely delivers.

Simon was great, his attention to detail and diligence were impressive

I have visited Rawlings in Hedge End for many years and the staff have always been welcoming and friendly.

I’ve been going to Rawlings in Caterham since I was in primary school, seventy years ago! I’ve always received very thorough eye care there and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Great service, friendly staff

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Another great visit. The optician was really excellent along with the other people who work here. They seem to genuinely care about your eye health rather than about selling you stuff. Excellent.

This was my first visit to Rawlings Opticians in Stockbridge. All the staff were extremely professional and helpful. They listened to my needs and I am very happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend them without any hesitation.

My Optician was exceptional. She made me feel extremely comfortable which really helped to make my visit a positive experience.

Friendly reception, no waiting to be seen, friendly and efficient service from competent staff.
