I’ve ordered a couple pieces from Raven James over the past 2 years and love every piece. I get so many compliments on them and have a wish list which keeps growing with all the new beautiful releases.
Everything arrives beautifully packaged and prefer the little bags to a boxes for the small items as it’s easier to store them with in my larger jewellery box.

I purchased from Raven James Jewellery when first opened, ordering immediately the Dawn necklace and Dusk bracelet in Gold. I was delighted when they arrived however within a wk I noticed the silver undermetal was starting to show through and by the 3rd week it was extremely noticeable. I contacted them and sent them the undeniable pictures of the breakdown of the gold. They did apologise and refund in full the purchased items once they received them back. Sadly I dont believe there is any way of uploading pictures here otherwise I would have. Reading the other reviews I can see not much has change from 29/12/2021, (sasly the calender wont go back to the correct date) even when I see new items that look beautiful the reviews here speak as my does, to avoid. Things dont seems to have got much better regarding quality. What a shame as the designs are beautiful, but substance seems to still fail.
Heres to hoping I read more consistent positive reviews so further purchases could be made. Thanks for those who are honest in their purchases, it means a lot for those who don't have money to throw about and wish to invest in forever pieces.

Lovely planner, such a shame it was really poorly packaged. Cover was dog eared and creased because the packaging was just a brown paper envelope.

I bought the Soleil necklace just over a year ago. Within a few weeks the 'enamel' sections had scratched and come away, and had a texture more like rubber than enamel. I assumed this was a fault so emailed them and they did replace it. I was extremely careful with the replacement, especially about getting it wet etc but within about 2 months it had done exactly the same. I've worn it very occasionally since and was finally spurred to write a review today when one of the links broke.

For context, I bought the necklace on sale but it's original RRP I believe was about £150.

The designs are beautiful, the quality is not.

I've purchased several pieces from Raven James always quick delivery and good quality.

I bought the wrong style of pendant, returned and replaced within a week, great customer service.

Bought the Etta bracelet, unpackaged it and two of the stones had fallen out. Contacted customer service who made it clear they didn’t want to know. Basically got advice for taking it to a jewellery shop for a repair at my own expense. Ended up doing a chargeback on my card and got the money back.

I will give credit where it’s due: the customer service was excellent and quickly accepted my refund without any issues. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

I bought the Stella River necklace after seeing influencers wearing it – it looked stunning on them – and purchased earrings to match. But when it arrived, the quality was shockingly poor. The finish looked very yellow and cheap, almost tacky, and the overall piece felt nowhere near worth the high price tag. To make matters worse, I wasn’t able to change or exchange the earrings I had bought to go with it.

For the cost, this jewellery is massively overpriced and simply doesn’t live up to the hype. Great customer service can’t make up for such disappointing quality.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase. Ordered a necklace and pendant that arrived with shocking quality - the material feels cheap and nothing like what was described online. The item looks and feels completely fake.

When I contacted customer service to raise these concerns, they were unhelpful and evasive. Most concerning of all, they refused to provide me with their UK registered company number when requested. This is a legal requirement for UK businesses under the Companies Act, and their refusal to provide this basic information raises serious red flags about their legitimacy.
The combination of poor quality products and a customer service team that won't comply with basic UK legal requirements makes me question whether this is a genuine UK business at all.

Would not recommend - save your money and shop elsewhere with a reputable retailer who stands behind their products and follows UK business regulations.
Avoid at all costs.

The heart padlock earrings look beautiful but it took me 20 minutes to get them in. The space when the clasp opens is so tiny. I've really hurt one of my ears!

Very overpriced, very low qulality. When I needed to return some items and tried to contact company for return information, they just ignored me.

I bought some small coin earrings and the Suki necklace in March 2024 (birthday money), I know its a little pricier than some other costume Jewellery but as its a smaller brand and the items are more unique to others I've seen so I can understand the cost. (e.g not mass produced) I have worn my Suki necklace for almost a year now daily for work and it hasn't tarnished which I was concerned about, I do remove for showering and for bed. There's a few more pieces I'd like but due to the price it is a rare treat for me. I'm saving up for the twist necklace which I think will sit nice with my Suki. Good quality and if you want somethign a little different I'd recommend.

Received my very first item from this range and was absolutely shocked at the quality for the price. Online the item had looked classy and I was happy to pay that little bit more for something I thought I would get much use of and that not many others would have. The item arrived and I remember just looking at it in disbelief. It looked and felt like a cheap item from say accessorize or H&M. The silver was bright and tacky and it felt light and cheap. Honestly absolutely shocking.

Ridiculously overpriced.

They include UK VAT in the price but I wanted to ship overseas. The Checkout was great for adding on the €24.95 for overseas shipping (which is also ridiculous given how small and light the package is) but not so good at removing the UK VAT (which is not owed since the goods don't remain in the UK). Presumably they pocket it for themselves.

I bought the large COIN reversible hoops and the Stella earring charms. They look pretty however they don’t feel or look like an item I’ve spent nearly £130 on. I feel I would have got the same effect for a fraction of the price. Very disappointing as the quality isn’t half as good as costume jewellery in the same price bracket.

As they are earrings I can’t return.
