Rapid response from help desk - 10/10
RapidSeedbox is easy to use, intuitive and has great help files and information provided. Best of all though, when there IS a problem I can't resolve I can jump on the chat window and someone answers within minutes (thanks Sergey!). Keep up the good work!

the seedbox pricing is very competitive so highly suggest rapidseedbox.
the customer service was very quick and attentive. mike (milorad) was one of the customer support who was very attentive and understanding.
