Had a great experience with this company today - Josh, Jamie and Asher were all very professional, friendly and very efficient (and strong!). The going charge quoted was per hour and they genuinely just charged for the time needed, which was appreciated - as a lot of my friends told me about hidden charges and price increases. Highly recommend!

Josh and Jamie recently helped me move a 1 bed flat across London. The move went perfectly and they were responsive throughout the quoting process. I highly recommend, you can’t go wrong with these guys.

I recently used this company for both my home move and a home clearance, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, efficient, and very friendly throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with great care, and they made what could have been a stressful time feel easy and well-organised. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and excellent removals company.

The team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Josh and his colleague packed up my whole 2 bedroom flat so quickly and carefully and made what could have been a really stressful day feel easy. They were so kind, courteous and genuinely gentlemanly throughout - really respectful and thoughtful with both me and my things. Everything arrived safe and sound and they went above and beyond to make sure I was settled. Honestly such a great experience, I’d use them again in a heartbeat and happily recommend them to anyone.

Quote was reasonable, and removal went smooth. I was worried I wouldn't be able to fit everything in one van, but we managed in the end! The initial estimate of 3 hours for a one bedroom was quite optimistic though, we ended at 5.

There are a lot of cowboy movers and ones that will rip you off, but I have to say these guys were brilliant. Quote was reasonable as I had to move a boardroom table from one office to another and we had an incident which was out of our control, but they came up with a solution which worked, unlike the building management who were slow. From start to finish they were professional and pleasant and, it was really easy communication. Both really lovely guys that came to our office and I honestly could not recommend them enough. If I ever move house, I will be calling these guys for their help. Thank you, Josh, for all your help, it was really appreciated!

Be warned, we contacted them thinking they were "RAPID REMOVALS" but they are NOT the SAME company and it looks like they are getting great reviews for a service they are not providing. . Lindsey is not part of Rapid RemovalS NOT RAPID REMOVAL. Rapid Removals are fantastic! RAPID REMOVAL NOT SO MUCH! We work in the events industry and recently had a very disappointing experience with this company. The driver who arrived for the collection claimed he was expecting to pick up only four items, despite there being significantly more. He then admitted he had made a mistake and got confused , his helper showed up late

the driver used furniture covers that had wet black paint on them to wrap very expensive cream armchairs. As a result, the armchairs arrived at the destination stained and unusable. This was extremely distressing, especially as they were needed for a same-day filming. When I raised the issue, the driver dismissed it, claimed it wasn’t their fault, and told me I was being disrespectful and should apologise for my reaction.

After some immediate investigation, it became clear that the damage was caused by the covers they themselves had supplied. The cream armchairs now require full re-upholstering and also arrived dented due to poor packing.

Given the extent of the damage and the lack of professionalism, we decided not to use their services for the remainder of the job. Despite paying upfront—including payment for the return collection—they refused to issue any refund, citing cancellation terms. They have ignored multiple emails requesting a resolution, and when contacted by phone, firmly reiterated there would be no refund.

We would strongly advise caution wh
en considering this company. There are far more reliable and professional providers out there who not only deliver better service but also handle issues with empathy and rationalise the nature of cancellation without insisting on no refund for cancellation of services. Since posting this reviee , they still refuse to refund any of the advance payment for journeys we did not take, they are in complete breach of contract by not agreeing to refund the cancelled journeys due to us loosing our trust and them not fulfilling there duty of care, they have reached out offering to cover the cost of damage. We have sent them the quote for repair for damage they caused, let’s see if they pay it .
Update 17 July: sent all invoices for repairs, sent all photo evidence of damage, send all factual evidence and gave 7 days to respond Rapid removal Group promised to pay but have not responded and not paid and not refunded for us cancelling due to failure to handle furniture without due care and attention .

Can't fault them at all. I booked one bloke to help with the move; two turned up, and I wasn't charged any extra. Moved house in record time, couldn't do enough to help. Would fully recommend.

Rapid Removals helped may a stressful move easy. Lindsay and the boys, well above and beyond and I cannot fault them. They are reliable, trustworthy, helpful and efficient.

I can see why it's called Rapid Removal, the move was so simple and quick! Josh was great, very friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. One bit of feedback I have is just around email comms - I had to chase a couple times to get things with my booking updated or sorted, but other than that it was all good. Great prices too compared to what other companies around London are trying to charge. Would definitely use them again.

Josh and his team were great. Josh was always responsive and helpful in the lead up to our move out of London, which we were very nervous about. He arrived when he said he would and did the most amazing jenga with our stuff in his van. There were no hidden costs and Josh even helped us take apart furniture that we struggled to do ourselves. He was friendly, helpful and positive. Fantastic!

Rapid Removal Group were truly excellent, a fantastic service! I didn’t have a lot of stuff to move but they were quick, attentive and incredibly friendly - good to chat to in the van on the drive from one place to another! Super handy when unloading as well, making sure all was well stored, secure and safe. Will definitely be using them again when I need to move! Thanks Josh and Jamie!

This company was amazing, great price and no hidden cost or extra charges.
The guys were helpful and super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. They got the flat done in no time and unloaded just as fast.
