From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, speed, and genuine care. The team is incredibly responsive, and you get placed into groups almost instantly. Every single person I interacted with was polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful. You can really tell they know what they’re doing – true professionals.
What impressed me the most is how customer-focused they are. If there’s ever a question or even the smallest issue, it gets handled immediately. There’s always someone available, and you never feel left waiting or ignored. That level of reliability is rare.
A special shoutout to Marco – seriously, what a guy. His communication is top-tier, always friendly, always on point, and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience.

My last run on April 11, 2026 was just insane. We had four Mythic+ +13 keys planned, and every single one of them was completed in excellent time. Everything went perfectly, super clean execution, no stress at all. Thanks to that run, I even secured my 3K mount – which honestly made the whole experience even more memorable.
Overall, I’m beyond impressed. Fast, reliable, friendly, highly skilled, and just a pleasure to deal with. I can wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone looking for a smooth and high-quality experience.
