When we started, our non-branded organic traffic was around 1,100 users. We were promised that within 3–4 months, this would grow to 3,000–4,000 users. Instead, after 4.5 months, our non-branded traffic dropped to just 120 users.
So not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, they actually caused significant damage to our organic performance.
We paid approximately $4,000 for this service, plus lost valuable time and business momentum. The sales pitch was convincing, but the execution was extremely disappointing.
