My son and his friends enjoyed his birthday party so much. They all had such a good time, with some even saying “I love this place, I want my birthday party here”. They literally couldn’t get the food down quick enough and sing happy birthday so they could get back out on their scooters.
I have no criticism at all, and don’t feel there could be any improvements made. The staff were really nice, very helpful and great with the kids.
A few of the parents weren’t aware that Rampworx was even there, and I was sure to tell them all how great it is and such good value for money.
I think it’s a great place and my son thoroughly enjoys himself whenever we go. Lots of different size ramps for all abilities.

Only place i could find that had what I needed in stock (handle grips for a microscooter). Delivered swiftly, good quality product, had it fitted in minutes

I booked a party here for my son's birthday. We hadn't been before, but he wanted to do something his classmates hadn't done previously.
A lot of the kids were a bit nervous, but the host was great, making sure their helmets fit and offering knee pads etc to the more worried children. Everyone ended up having a brilliant time. There were ramps for all abilities, and they were all trying the bigger ones before too long. The host stayed with them throughout, showing them tricks and encouraging them.
The party room was heated and nicely decorated, and there was plenty of food and drink with good portions. The kids were all made up to get a free pass in the provided party bags. They are all planning their next visit and saying it was the best party they've been to.
Great value for money, and we'll definitely be back.

The staff are so good with the kids, they love coming in for the days activities, and seeing them 😃

I ordered a scooter on line for my grandson for Christmas. I ordered it around the 18th December & it arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. Excellent service.

They sent the wrong items, I've emailed multiple times with no response and had to pay postage to return the items. They don't reply to emails or acknowledge the receipt of returned goods (I sent it recorded delivery so I know they have it). Still waiting on a refund!

Quick and friendly service - did what they said they would

I haven't been to the skate park but my godson goes quite often and loves it.
The reason for my review is I purchased a gift card for a lesson for him. When I purchased I didn't realise I had pressed collection instead of delivery. I phoned customer service and a lovely lady helped me. I explained what had happened and she was more than happy to send them in the post for me.
I recieved next day. Very happy customer.

Rampworx skatepark is great for kids! Ordered scooters and merchandise from their online store for Christmas gifts. Free skatepark vouchers, bands and stickers added into parcel. Staff are helpful too!! Thanks

Booked a scooter lesson voucher for my grandson online. Received confirmation email and voucher was received the next day in secure package excellent fast service

My nephew absolutely loves it here, so was delighted when I bought him a gift voucher for his birthday ❤️ he loves all the skateboards above your head as you go in comes on his scooter but it's given him the confidence to buy a skateboard and start trying it. Loved watching him and seeing all the others with their skills. Staff were really helpful too, and food wasn't too bad but there could be more heating for the seating area/parents area, as we went with 7 month old and it was freezing even my older nephew was saying it had never been that cold in there and he doesn't leave his hoodie on anywhere kept it on the whole time 🤣 still better than outdoors at Needham park though ha Other than that fantastic trip can't wait to come back and watch him again
