Hi,
I have deposited more than 40k in last 3 days and activity was regular still no bonus was provided to me.
I asked personal manager for bonus but was denied.
I usually ask for festive bonus for me on our festival every year and was given to me but today on our festival when I asked I was again not given.
Neither on deposit nor on my festive season bonus was given to me by personal manager.
After such a long 5 years association with rajbet I am given this kind of treatment and no offers, very very disappointed with rajbet.
This way what's the point of continuing and depositing on rajbet in future if this kind of treatment is given to me.
Personal manager always denies bonuses no matter what. Earlier rajbet used to provide very good offers and bonuses upto 15% on deposit but now everything has changed.
I expect a good bonus after deposit and activity but if personal manager is behaving this way what's the point for further deposit and activity on rajbet.

At the time of bet placement, you can very well see in the betting history details that your rajbet scoreboard was displaying the score as only 15 Runs - 2 overs end. But at the time 18:16pm IST, in actual match 6 overs were already over and actual score is more than 60+ Runs.

Then why your system has still displayed incorrect scoreboard and misleaded players to place their bets. This misleaded information has now resulted my loss.

This is an unfair gaming. I have already escalated this matter to your support team..

But just blaming your service provider is not acceptable, your system should void all the bets which were placed during the technical issues at your website.

Your organization is accountable for it.

You can very well verify the actual score of the match at the time of my bet placement.

Kindly do not fool the players using this very cheap kind of misleading techniques.

Can someone give the higher authority contact to report these kinds of scams ?
