Love the idea and the quality of the product. Really like the smell of the three cleaning products, and the bottles are beautiful and sturdy (love that is not plastic). However, not a super fan of the plastic spryer. One of them doesn’t seem to work very well and the others don’t really atomize the liquid so less surface is covered.

Quick delivery and beautiful packaging and design. The bottles are awesome and the product cleans really well. Remember to shake when you re-use... We love Jess in the customers services! Amazing!

1 of the bottles doesn’t spray at all, and the drops don’t dissolve very well even when shaken for over a minute. Considering the starter pack is £30 it was pretty disappointing. The bottles look nice though..

Smells great, 2 out of 3 bottles I got work well but one of them doesn't spray which is really disappointing. Good product idea though and like I say the solutions do smell great.

After my original review they sent me a replacement squirty bit thing and works perfectly. They sent it the next day as well, super fast! Really happy with the product, smells so good. Thank you for good customer service!

I have only had this product a few weeks, but already love it. I was looking for eco friendly products, and came across this. I love everything about it. It’s such a helpful, well laid out website, with ALL the information you need. The bottles are lush and really are more durable then you would think, baring in mind they’re glass. The products themselves work really well, and left my house smelling beautiful for days. My family pointed this out way more compared to when I used shop bought cleaning products. My only thing is that one of my spray tops is faulty, but am sure this is easily remedied. I will definitely be a returning customer, plus 2 friends have already put their orders in! Thank you for this eco friendly product!

Love the concept. Incredibly eco friendly and great value for money. I find the first couple of sprays smell a little stale but once you’ve given it a shake and spray through the water in the spray tube, it starts to smell nicer.

I've tried eco cleaners before and have had mixed experiences. This stuff was easy to use, the bottles look great in our house and it actually cleaned well too. Impressed!

Lovely product. Great packaging, smells amazing, cleans well. Overall happy. However one of my nozzles didn’t work on delivery (not a problem, these things happen) so emailed to ask Raindrop if they could replace the one nozzle. Instead of ‘no probs, it’s in the post!’ I had three emails (well meaning and friendly) suggesting different ways I could get my existing nozzle working.
I was eventually sent another nozzle which I’m grateful for, but the upshot was that I ended up feeling somewhere between stupid and a scammer (was blatantly broken) and even offering to pay so they could just get one in the post to me, I just wanted to get cleaning!
Overall very happy with product though and would recommend to friends.

My starter kit was packaged so nicely and the glass bottles are such good quality. The sprays smell lovely too! The only thing I have to say is that they don’t work well on granite/glass surfaces - the website says use sparingly and that a little goes a long way but I still find it leaves smears and a residue, perhaps it’ll be better with the product diluted. I had some problems initially with one of the sprays but it was just blocked by granules of the drop in thing. The customer service was quick and kind though.

This plastic alternative is actually good to look at. It's the first time we've left cleaning products out on display. Love the concept, quality and from the look of things, the cleaning power; but it would be ideal if they were antibacterial. One minor improvement would be to widen the back of the spray head where it rests in your hand as when full is less comfortable than other bottles.

The spray bottles are great quality and look beautiful. I love the frosted recycled glass.
The drops are easy to use, ready to go almost instantly.
They all smell great and clean very well.

I love love love the plastic free concept behind this product and the bottles themselves are gorgeous and very sturdy - it makes a change to WANT to display your cleaning products.
The bathroom and multi spray work exactly how i'd expect and smell good too.
My only negative so far has been with the kitchen spray; I've found that it has left a cloudy residue on my ceramic hob and I've had to go in with another cleaning product to remove this. This could be something I'm doing wrong but this doesn't usually happen when I clean my hob.

Love the concept, service & products do a great job. My only negative is the bottle trigger mechanism is just a bit too big for my hand & with the weight of the bottle being glass I find I have to use two hands to be comfy, one and I get finger ache despite being genetically disposed to man hands and not a weakling! A smaller but powerful trigger would be much preferred.

Excellent product. Made a decision to become more environmentally aware and use less plastic, saw this advert and have not been disappointed. Fab service, great customer service, very pleased with how it cleans and the bottles are so pretty

Sooo happy to have found cleaning products I don’t feel guilty about buying anymore. Raindrop smells gorgeous, looks really high end and just makes me feel like a better human! Thank you!
