Usps caused most of the problems
The 1st package was lost and took a long time moving from facility to facility before it was lost.
I was not notified that it was lost by the delivery company or this company and had to check the tracking.
I contacted the company and they said they would send a replacement and also said they would send a new tracking number which I think they forgot because they did not send me the tracking number until I contacted them again and asked about my package.
The replacement also took a long time moving from facilities.
The delivery company did not notify me it would be delivering on the day they did, I had to check the tracking daily.
It arrived past even the longest expected delivery time.
All these problems are from usps and I just wish they change the delivery company they use.
