I suppose this is a little unfair but…
I suppose this is a little unfair but I'm being asked to review the service from Rainbow Caching when I haven't received the item I have ordered and paid for.
I've received emails to say it has been shipped - 5 days ago - but still haven't rec'd it. So whilst it may be out of Rainbows control my experience is not a good one - so far. Hence the rating.

Hi,
I would agree that it is a little unfair to leave a 1-star review for an order you have not received yet. I have checked your order and can see you have selected 2nd Class standard post, for which we are unable to tell when the item is actually delivered. Invitations for reviews go out automatically 4 days after despatch, but with the current pandemic, Royal Mail can experience delays in their system. Sometimes a 2nd Class item arrives the next day, but sometimes it arrives in 2 weeks. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
We hope you will reconsider your review when your order arrives.

I sent promptly, well packed and cards for geocaching events a nice touch, great stuff!
