Battery failed and not replaced for 2 days
Two days into my 7 days cycling tour, the battery/charger combo stopped charging.
Immediately contacted Radweg Reisen, this was 08.00am Sunday.
Best they could do was to get a new combo to me by Tuesday morning.
This was delivered by a van that was actually bringing other bikes to the hotel I was staying at.
Basically, Radweg Reisen did nothing for me, they simply gave me a new battery/charger when they were already going to the hotel.
Customer service would have been to have sent the van on Monday to give me a new combo. That is customer service.
Radweg Reisen have absolutely no idea about customer service.
I have used Radweg Reisen in the past I will absolutely never again use them, Radweg Reisen simply does not do customer service.
As an added bonus, on the Tuesday I had a 60km ahead of me.
I specifically, in writing, asked Radweg Reisen to ensure that the new battery was fully charged at 5 bars. The battery was delivered with 3 bars.
Three bars for 60km? That is Radweg Reisen customer service.
