I got a small problem with my serial number at first and i write them a message, they got back to me very quick and in the end they gave me the VW code i needed

Not saying this is a scam but…
Not saying this is a scam. I think if your code is on their database a bot sends you it. If not then you’re screwed like me. No confirmation email or payment receipt so I knew I wasn’t getting my money back. Is what it is. Will work for some not others.

They are genuine
I managed to get my radio code after 4 days. I thought it was a scam but they’re genuine. They only need to improve their services so that clients will not loose trust on them.
