The return policy I did not like.
I got the product and plugged 2 things but the power to hold them. I asked and they said I can not return it. Even though I got it the same day I wanted to return it.

We note that the order was placed on 18 Dec and the support team was in contact with you from 24 Dec till 31 Dec when the unit was delivered.
We do apologise for the slower delivery over the Christmas period of approximately 8 working days as opposed to out norm of 3-5 days.
