Radfords pie company Omdömen 

Had one of your pies steak and mushrooms for my supper. Excellent flavour and good amount of meat.

Ordered pies to the value of £50 in November 2024. Numerous emails since and still no pies or reply’s. Phone number is useless too. How can they get away with taking your money, not fulfilling the order and simply ignoring any communications. Surely this is just theft? Anyone else in the same boat? If so, can we get together and get something done about this?

Would have put a zero if I could.
No phone number- rings out as unattainable.
They don't answer emails - we have sent 2.
Facebook page- haven't replied to my message either.

Ordered on 19th January. No pies as of yet. Wish I had seen the trust pilot reviews before we ordered. WOULDNT HAVE ORDERED THEM IF I HAD KNOWN THIS IS WHAT THEY DO TO CUSTOMERS.

DISGUSTING. IF THEY CANT PROVIDE. THEY SHOULD REFUND EVERONE WHO IS NOW OUT OF POCKET DUE TO THEIR TARDY WORK ETHIC.

we ordered the pies for a parent 80th Birthday who is an avid fan of the Radfords, we thought doing this would be a great surprise. Will have to let her know they are nothing but thriving con artists.

They had on their website/ page to order by 5th Feb to guarantee valentines delivery. FALSE ADVERTISING.

THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE ABOUT WHO THEY ARE CONNING OUT OF MONEY.

We ordered pies from Radfords in November 2024 worth £50 and haven't received them. They do not reply to email and the phone line is useless. We will have to look at our options as to how to proceed with this if the company fail communicate with us.

Have visited the shop a few times and the pies are so lovely, well filled with good quality meat and the pastry is the best we've tasted. I decided to try them delivered, they were very well packed, arrived few days earlier than expected and they tasted delicious, will definitely be ordering more 🙂

Yesterday I visited friends for lunch and "Bradford pies: were on the menu . What a very big let down, pastry was tasteless and the filling was just messy and without any taste. I personally would never buy from these people due to their lack of culinary skills. I find your reply very offensive and look forward very much to meeting you in person so you can insult me to my face in the very near future. Can't wait. You are not very nice people are you. Let's see how big and brave you really are. P.s my review was honest and NOT fake and the minor spelling error was accidental. Till we meet. 🤢👎👎😡

I have to say after reading past reviews I was very sceptical as to what these pies would be like if delivered at all or even in date but ....
I have to say I can't fault anything with delivery ,wait times etc .
I ordered 16th Jan 2025 and they were delivered 30th in date till 5th Feb and looking lovely .
My only criticism was that I asked the courier to leave with a neighbour and they left them on my doorstep thanks Yodal .
Can't comment on taste as nor tried yet but they are heavier than normal pies so expecting lots of filling as promised .

Many thanks to Noel and the team. After my last commentson TRUSTPILOT I received an e'mail response from Noel on 26/01/2025 stating that a refund of £15-80 would be paid shortly. This amount was paid into my bank on 27/01/2025. My wife and I have decided to now order another batch of pies because we think they are a great taste and value for money.

Just had my pies delivered, earlier than expected. Very pleased and looking forward to enjoying eating them as they do not disappoint always filled to the brim. You get what you pay for I say, good quality pies and I would recommend to anybody.

Well after waiting 11 days for my pies they have actually arrived, well within date, chilled, and very well packaged. The tasting session begins tomorrow, but I'm sure they will be fine. Customer service, contact us, is virtually useless, but if they taste ok I will be ordering again. Ok I'm editing my post, 3 of us have just eaten the pies and we all agree they are truly wonderful and we be ordering again as we need them.

Disgusting company even had a 1 star hygiene rating they are so rude and their pies don’t pay for their holidays also they take your money but don’t give you pies

Absolutely best Meat & Potato pies. I have been a customer of the for many years, Noel's pies have always been delicious, fresh, and well cooked. Although we moved from Morecambe we have ordered on line on several occasions with any issues.

Can’t rate lower as won’t let ordered past in November still not received and very rude customer service maybe stop going on holidays

Ordered 6 meat and potatoes pies. Unfortunately when they arrived they were full of mould. Very disappointed 😥

We buy our Radcliffe pies from our local butchers , we have had various pies and the amount of fillings in the pie supprised me the regular supermarket pie can stay on the shelf , well done Radcliffe

Ordered pies in November received pies late and out of date. Emailed and was told to throw them away and they would send out a new batch…. Am still waiting for new batch and I have emailed a further 3 times and had no reply at all !!

Would like a reply at least and our money back as spent just over £44 … We are a small company ourselves and would never treat customers in this way !!

Certainly won’t be ordering again.

i ordered pies on 14th november 29.90 in total got comfirmation email but nothing since despite me emailing no response and tried phoning but cant get through no refund as i asked but had no communication what so ever very dissapointed wont use again

Wrote a review about this company they replied trying to say it was a fake review very rude about it as well. Not sure if they actually reading rest off reviews as most off them are negative and radfords if you look at the review from a vikki Goodman 22/12/24 I’m not the only one who accused you off been theives so what does that say. My review is not fake as I have a friend who actually wouldn’t by pies from you again. Should off taken a photo for proof. Thanks for showing the really you on review now everyone can see how rude you both are and not the loving people you make out to be on tv. Oh as for keyboard I got better things to do then sit on key board like baking decent pies and treating customers better.
