Right to privacy and information is incorrect

Information is incorrect. Has me related to people I've never heard of, resume info is mixed with someone else's. Has aliases I've never used. The worst thing is I work in a profession in which it is safer for people to not know where I live, and yet that one is correct! I've always protected my privacy and did not give permission for info to be shared. To opt out, you have to register, which I don't trust. Besides, I never opted in. All this before starting the full report.

Convenient but often outdated reports

I appreciate the convenience of this service, but in one report I found some outdated data. But the support team explained that the data is updated once a year, so sometimes some information may not be up to date. The data comes from open sources and sometimes it is hard to assess its accuracy.

Good anti-spam tool

Caller ID function helped me get rid of unwanted calls and text messages. I used to be bothered by spam, now I've gotten rid of it. But sometimes I get some calls.

Something about contact info verification

I am a very private person who does not respond to calls from unfamiliar numbers. As a result, I frequently miss crucial calls, but with the contact info verification option, this is unusual. It's also a helpful deterrent to fraudsters.

Great service, but... glitches happen

This is a great service, BUT... I got an incomplete report the first time. The info that was important to me was missing. I actually wanted a refund, but customer service contacted me, we resolved the issues and the next report was more accurate. I was satisfied with the result and found the person I was looking for a long time ago.

“Opting Out”

I am in the process of “Opting Out” of companies that track and compile personal information about a person. I went on the RADARIS website which claimed to have multiple profiles on me. I answered the questions with the expectation of having the option to remove my information. RADARIS alluded to having arrest records, bankruptcies, poor credit etc. I paid $20.00 for a report I thought I would need to clean up the mess.
The report said “WE HAVE NO INFORMATION ON THIS PERSON”
Don’t waste your time or money…

I would be tempted to believe the Radaris response below but it took me two years working consistently with the Attorney General of MA (where the company is based) to get my information removed initially. As soon as it could, Radaris put the information back up. This disgusting website provides stalkers all your personal information. I've managed to get out of the rest of these sites but this one doesn't allow it. They never answer their customer service line. The only option you have is to create a profile on their site to make your information private and it requires you confirm via your cell phone.
Is this a Chinese company? Why is there no information available on Radaris leadership? This is a shoddy operation and the Attorney General of MA is the only way to get action. Senator Elizabeth Warren's and Senator Ed Markey's offices should also be notified. American citizens did not give Radaris permission to amalgamate their information and sell it to the public for a profit as Radaris does--this company should not be allowed to operate in the United States in my opinion.

they will never remove information

No one replies to emails/ text messages. No one is returning my calls. No one is picking up the phone. This is the most unprofessional and unethical company amid people search sites. They never remove information even if you request them to do so.

I used the site to find my siblings and old friends to send them invitations to my wedding. Having a great party with all my old friends was a dream come true. It's great that the phone numbers and addresses are up to date.

My Own Background

I bought a copy of my own background report. Much of it was absolutely false. 58 of the sixty people listed as associated with me are complete strangers. I was listed as having a criminal conviction at the time I was in the Army with a Top Secret clearance - obviously false. Much of the true information about me was completely missing as well. This site is incompetent and harmful.

Scam company does not allow you to opt out online. I also employ a 3rd party that specializes in online data removals and EVERY other data miner has removed my data except radaris. Radaris is a complete trash outfit and if anyone gets a class action going I will jump at the opportunity to join in.
