Good price mediocre service.

Well. The price for the awning was good. And I did get it delivered in one piece. They back ordered the thing and didn’t bother to let me know why it didn’t ship when I ordered it. I had to bug them to find out. So Meh, so so.

I bought a Dometic ac/dc refrigerator from them, except I made a mistake and bought the dc only model. No problem with these guys, they actually answer their phone and worked it out for me, fantastic customer service, I’ll be glad to refer them to anyone.

packaging failed and device inside was damaged. parts from a parts bag were missing. customer service was of little help even after sending images. I ended up eating the $400 cost.

Hi Tammy, we reviewed our correspondence with you and want to clarify a few things for anyone reading this review. When you first reached out, you reported damage upon arrival. As is standard procedure (and required by the carrier), we asked for photos of the damage. You initially provided photos of the outer box, which showed torn cardboard and missing staples. While that may look concerning, that’s exactly what packaging is meant to do, protect the product inside.

When we asked again for photos of the product, your claim shifted to missing parts. Once we confirmed you received everything, you mentioned you weren’t sure whether the product was damaged because you didn’t feel qualified to assess it. We again followed up asking for pictures, but again didn’t received a response.

We take any damage claims very seriously and always resolve them fairly. In this case, despite multiple follow-ups, we were never provided the required product photos or a consistent explanation of the issue. Without that, we could not move forward with a return or claim.

We understand the frustration that can come with the claims process, but it’s important to note that simple, clear documentation is what allows us, and the carrier, to help. Without it, we simply can’t proceed.

That, my Friend, is Customer Service! Good Job Guys

I got several things for my van from these guys. Never had a problem.
I got a side ladder, and the lower bracket was did not fit. Thought I was crazy. Messed with it for a bit and gave up. Asked a friend to look at it, then my wife, and we all came to the same conclusion. Absolutely backwards. Must be for a right hand drive van that has the slider door on the other side. It fit perfectly on the opposite side. Called in to Rackup and Go but didn't have time to wait. Sent a fast email.
Zak replied. I told him what was going on. He said send pictures. I did. That night, he answered with the tracking number. The part was on the van the next day, before lunch.
That, my Friend, is Customer Service! Good Job Guys

Worst experience ever.

Ordered the Velit A/C. $2000 ? Plugged it in and wondered if it would ever get cool. Barley to not really at all. Not to mention I ordered the “white” and they never mention it’s a “White” top and black bottom. Zac Larson the owner gave me attitude saying they responded to my emails when there was a clear lag and some that were not even responded to, especially my last email asking about how this compares to the “CountryMod” their competitor in the 12v arena. A clear sign of arrogance to me, so I was already starting to regret my purchase from Rackup+Go. They never mentioned once that it is not recommended for class A RVs. I say this because the part of the AC coming into the rv is not long enough so it sits inside where you can still see the RVs insulation foam. Also the screws they provide are not long enough. Go with CountryMod Pro A/C, way better quality and the people are very kind and respectful. Just would have thought for $2000 this Velit A/C would produce something better but no. This is more like 800BTU’s rather than the advertised 8000. Just being real. You will see when you buy it.

So after all that, I decided to return the Velit A/C considering how dangerous they are. The main reason is; the first night of use on “night mode” it froze up and ended up leaking about half a gallon of water over the floor in the morning. Not only CORRODING the control board but creating a major hazard for my children and wife. Next, the cheap screen mesh was already after day one coming apart from its mount since the build quality of this whole unit is absolute GARBAGE. Obviously; this inferior product lacks a temperature sensor on its cooling fins to shut it down if ice is detected or if ice does build up. After working with “Zac”, not only did he never apologize he has he been the most disrespectful, rude, and inconsiderate person I have ever dealt with giving us the worst experience of our lives. Clear signs of a narcissist. Not only will he try to manipulate you to “troubleshoot” any issues to make you try and keep your unwanted purchase they will threaten you with a 25% “re-Stocking fee” if you refuse. Insane how you threaten your own customers to cheat them out of money. This whole terrible experience is costing our family over $1000 since they wanted me to pay for my own shipping back to their warehouse which was over $300, another added fee they refused to work with me. Also just to add insult to injury Zac doesn’t even have the respect to call me back after I attempted to problem solve (my issues) over the phone. He is a lair when he mentions below he “tried” to talk to me. Travis, his (phone screener) verbally told me “oh just send emails, that’s the best way to communicate.” Most companies or businesses with customers who might have issues, you would get an “I’m sorry you’re not happy with your purchase”, or “we will do our best to fix this issue”. Well not with Zac or Rack up + go, he will inundate you with their “Policy lingo” which I’m sure they copy and paste all day to customers who have issues. He will try to make you feel inferior and act like it’s your fault you didn’t “install” their product properly. They said my install was “complicated” and “custom”. Read other 1 star reviews this is his common theme: to blame others.

* Next update and this nonsense still continues after weeks of headache and after paying over $300 to FedEx to return the obsolete Velit unit they decided to give me $1371 Costing me over $1,000 in the process.

Summary: never ONCE does he or anyone in the Business ever say sorry. Never in 3 weeks did he ever say sorry to us, or apologize. His arrogance and ability to belittle his customers is crystal clear. I called rackup and go a total of 5 times to “troubleshoot”. Never once was Zac anywhere to be found or would ever speak to me about anything. Troubleshooting by the way is for people who want to keep their units. This is their way to take advantage of you. Just read other 1 star reviews on how the owner Zac Larson puts people down. I’m not the only one.

This is a duplicate review from the same person. As prospective customers will note, the reviewer has made multiple inconsistent claims, many of which directly contradict each other. It’s clear this person is frantically altering details in an attempt to discredit our business. So I will again respond only with the facts below.

We wish this individual well and sincerely hope they find stability and a positive path forward.

We take all customer concerns very seriously, which is why I want to publicly clarify this situation, especially in light of these false and inflammatory accusations.

This customer purchased a Velit air conditioner and requested a return on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, claiming the unit was defective. On the morning of May 27, after returning to the office from the holiday, our tech support reviewed photos the customer had posted publicly in a Google review. Based on those images, we noted potential signs of improper installation along with a few simple corrections that likely would have resolved the issue. We offered to walk through the steps during a brief support call.

The customer refused and instead sent a series of increasingly aggressive and contradictory emails. Had the customer accepted our phone call invite and spent just a few minutes with us, we could have determined the root cause, and if the product was in fact defective, we would have completed the return with a 100% refund. The customer was aware of all of this but instead chose the path of returning with a 25% restocking fee. So we agreed to make the exception and offered to accept the return under the following written terms:

“Per our return policy, when a customer declines to cooperate with troubleshooting efforts, return shipping becomes the responsibility of the customer and a 25% restocking fee applies. Unfortunately, we still incur a significant loss in that scenario, as the manufacturer requires troubleshooting and clear proof of a defect before they will authorize a warranty claim. This isn’t unique to Velit. It is standard procedure across the industry. If you'd like to proceed with the return without completing troubleshooting steps, please reply to confirm that you accept the terms outlined above. Once we have your confirmation, we can provide the return instructions.”

The customer responded: “Yes if we could proceed with return instructions that would be good.”

Return instructions were immediately sent, with a clear reminder: “This return will incur a 25% restock fee. Thus, the total refund upon return delivery will be $1,371.75.”

The customer shipped the product on June 2, we received it on June 4, and the refund, exactly $1,371.75, was issued on June 6.

After agreeing to the terms and shipping the product back, the customer reversed course and began threatening us unless we refunded the restocking fee. He began demanding personal phone numbers and physical addresses. Due to the erratic and hostile nature of these messages, I made the decision to cease communication entirely to protect my team.

To be absolutely clear:

The refund was issued exactly as agreed upon, and fully documented.

We went above and beyond in making an exception to our standard policy.

No money was “stolen.” This customer’s review is false and intentionally misleading.

We invite prospective customers to read the many hundreds of 5-star reviews we’ve earned over the years. Unfortunately, we occasionally encounter individuals like this. As Managing Partner of this company, I refuse to allow my great, hardworking staff to be subjected to abuse. I will always stand my ground and protect my people from aggressive, hostile, and dangerous behavior.

Knowledgable and Incredible shipping speed

I have no idea how they even made it possible, but they were able to ship the 120lb Gree Eco-Cool RV air-conditioner FedEx Priority Overnight (at a surprisingly good rate).

They are also very knowledgable about the products they sell, often posting video reviews on YouTube.

We couldn't be happier with the experience and would happily purchase again.

I can’t say enough great things about…

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I purchased an Anker Solix c1000 from them last night, after I hit submit, I realized I made a mistake using the wrong credit card. I contacted customer service within a minute of error, and they cancelled the transaction. After the 2nd try, I didn’t hit the right button to get the discount. I talked to Travis in the morning, and they gave me the discount! I Highly recommend them.

Never without electrical power

I deal with Zac the owner at RackUp+Go and he always answers my emails. I have an EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra 12kw system. I got tire of P,G&E consistently raising my rates. So I bought an EcoFlow generator 12kw system, 15 Solar panels, etc for only $8000 and set everything up myself, which was easy. Now I don't have to worry about my P,G& E bill or blackouts any longer.

EcoFlow Delta 2 Max purchasing experience.

RackUp+Go. Never heard of this company before. I was quite dubious of them at first. However…I looked them up and found that they are legit and could be trusted to deliver.
So, I purchased an EcoFlow Delta 2 Max with a 800w Alternator Charger from them.
The price was very reasonable as I bought them together as a bundle.
The D2M arrived well packaged although the box didn’t have the EcoFlow logo on it. This made me a lil nervous as I have seen several unboxing videos and they all had logo’s on them. Undaunted, I proceeded to open it up and inside it was just like in the unboxing videos I’d seen. That made me feel relieved. Although, It wasn’t until I got everything out that I realized the Alt. Charger wasn’t included. I then looked back at the order details to see if there was anything I missed. Assured that the order I placed was correct, I contacted Zac by email about this. He replied a little bit later to let me know that it was shipped separately and apologized for the confusion. Two days later the Alt. Charger arrived. Yeah!
All in all my experience has been net positive and I would be willing to vouch for this new company. I also would recommend them to my discerning community, friends and family.

Thanks to Zac for allaying my concerns and enhancing the purchasing experience.

I recently purchased A Eco Pro Delta Pro Ultra.

I recently purchased A Eco Pro, delta pro ultra. I spoke directly with one of the owners. I specifically, and, expressly told them the following: we are building a home in Panama, CA. we will not be returning to Panama until October 15th. I expressly specifically made it clear to send this 216, lb device. OCEAN FREIGHT my name, and address in Doral Florida. This was to insure shipping to Panama was to be by boat, as opposed to air freight. Imagine my surprise when Elecier, from, Servitechnic emailed me to tell me my package had arrived. My air shipping cost was $$922.50.
I contacted Rack In Go to address this situation. They refused TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS MISTAKE.. I put this into dispute, with Bank of America. Now a month later, I have been credited to additional shipping cost. $412.00.
We are permanent Residents of Panama, and know how things work.THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST, AND YOU CAN FIND THIS PRODUCT ELSEWHERE.

Paul, as you know, your review is fabricated at best. To begin, you continue to reference a conversation with the owner in which you made it clear to send OCEAN FREIGHT. This conversation didn’t happen. The conversation that did happen was when you tried to force us to remove sales tax from your order because “you are a permanent Oregon resident.” After we explained to you that your attempt to remove sales tax when shipping to Florida is illegal, and asked you to provide documentation proving that it’s not, you gave up your attempt to coerce us and instead placed your order with sales tax. Now, your review states that you “are Permanent Residents of Panama.” In that conversation, there was no discussion about ocean freight, freight forwarding, or shipping addresses whatsoever. As mentioned already, we can certainly send you the transcript of this conversation, however when we offered that last time, you didn’t seem interested.

Regardless of all that, we shipped your order to the address you provided. It seems you did not coordinate the shipment to Panama correctly with your freight forwarder, and are now looking for someone to blame.

We will be responding accordingly to your dispute, which is an active attempt to defraud a small business. Your account has been flagged as potentially fraudulent within our retail network, and you have been banned from ordering from us in the future. This kind of behavior is not tolerated here a RackUp+Go, and we will not apologize for that.
