The worst steps ever totally unsafe as the bolts that hold them together work there way loose. I tried to persevere by tightening them , but I've finished enough they are going to the dump. What total crap !!!!

Unreachable - stay away
It appears I'm not the only one that is having this problem. Purchased a sack truck only to find a bearing was missing from one of the wheels. I tried calling but their number doesn't exist and I have had no response from my emails or messenger messages. Definitely stay away from these guys, it's not worth it.

Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time, bought a sack trolley from them, lasted 5 weeks before wheel bearings collapsed, tried calling...unable to connect calls, emailed no response, seem to be a rip off company that sells cheap nasty goods at premium price then when it breaks after being used approx 20 times they don't respond. Avoid this company unless you want cheaply made crap at expensive price

Product damaged in transit
Product damaged in transit, so courier APC returned it to Rackitdirect (photo evidenced), but nothing has been heard from them and their website contact details are inaccessible. Have applied to Mastercard for a chargeback. Be warned!

Multi-Purpose Ladder, 4x4 Tool Tray & Platforms.
After buying this
Multi-Purpose Ladder, 4x4 Tool Tray & Platforms, 150kg, 2-Year Warranty × 1. I contacted the Rackit Direct and informed them that the platform is not secured to the ladder and it moves up and down with a slight movement, making it unsafe to stand on it. They provided no assistance and stated that it was typical. I let them know that I want to return the ladder because it's unsafe, but I haven't heard back from them in the last 3 months. I would steer clear of using Rackit Direct to purchase this multi-purpose ladder that is unsafe.
