Took weeks to tell me they had taken my money without stock, still didn't have the stock and weren't going to do anything but wait. Customer service seems to think it is not their problem. Took multiple tries to even get my money back. Terrible experience and nothing for it but wasted time.

Hi Ben,
The order was placed on the website, at which point you made the payment on the night of 9th May. We had a genuine stock error on the system and emailed you first thing on the 10th May to apologise and explained the error and gave you the option of a full refund or asked if you would be happy to wait until they were back in stock.
There was then 5 further emails back and forth all of which were responded to within a few minutes of receiving each email from you. Each email was very polite and apologetic and we tried to reason with you that it was a genuine stock error but you accused us of scamming you even though we had said we can refund immediately. You then got offensive and proceeded to tell us that we are a joke which is very unfair when we have been in business since 2004 and have a solid ethic of doing everything possible to look after each and every customer. So this feels like a vendeter and an attempt to sabotage our reputation that we have worked tirelessly to uphold and gained respect from many very happy trade and retail customers that return time and time again.
Of course it is your right to leave a review but i'm afraid that the facts have not been presented. We have the chain of emails that prove we have dealt with the stock error in the highest regards of customer service and respect.

Waited 3 weeks for a part that never came. No help from them at all, just told to wait even though its clear they lost or didn't order my part. Blamed brexit even though my part has been in UK for a week.

Hi Jack,
I'm very sorry that you had to wait the length of time you did. From the beginning of the year we, like many companies importing from Europe, have faced major delays off the back of Brexit. It isn't us just looking to blame this as the reason for delays. It is genuinely the reason as couriers and shipping agents have faced serious disruption attempting to get things from the EU into the UK through customs, with declarations and documents requirements changing dramatically.
There have been occasions where goods have arrived in the UK but still stuck in customs awaiting clearance and not arriving with us which is something we can not affect. There are still issues with customs etc although this improving day by day so we are getting closer to being back to full operations although it is still not seamless as we wait for the agents I.T systems to catch up with the demand and requirements of customs clearance.
Hopefully you can understand that this is completely out of our control.
