Great products and service with speedy delivery

Was looking for an entry level alluminium profile rig and instead, found a mid level one for an entry level price. The details seemed so much better than the offerings of 'bigger name' brands and I certainly wasn't disappointed with any aspect of my purchase. Absolutely rock solid rig delivered in pristine condition. Great customer service too. I'll never need another rig but, for any other purchases, you'll be top of my list.

What can i say a top class service from top class people. I originally went down just for a Monitor stand for my new rig i was building and came out with much more.

We were greeted very professionally at the door and offered a drink too which was great. i asked questions about what i needed and nothing was to much. This kind of service makes you want to go back and shop again, and that is exactly my plan as i need a new wheel rim for my Neo X hub. Just don't tell the wife lol.

I’ve always been a loyal customer, spent over £3,300 with Race Anywhere, always trusted your service, and every time I received an order, I reached out to thank you and left 5-star reviews. But now, when a mistake happened on your end, you turned your back and did nothing to fix it.

I ordered a Simagic TB-1 Handbrake, advertised with a CNC aluminum handle, but got a different version with a foam grip. You admitted the product changed but never updated your listing. Instead of taking responsibility, I’ve had to chase you for a return label for over a week, with no real solution offered.

Race Anywhere claims to “deliver a better customer experience” and stand by sim racers, but when there’s a problem, that promise means nothing. Very disappointed and gutted.

Update 28/02/25

After some delays in communication, Race Anywhere reached out and made things right. They acknowledged the issue, processed a full refund,after they received item back and even offered a goodwill discount as an apology. While it took longer than expected, I appreciate their effort to resolve the situation.

Mistakes happen, and I am handle this situation diferenttly if time back, but it’s good to see a company take responsibility and work towards a solution. Thank you for sorting this out, and i'am sure this will be beneficial for new customers and improved service.

Screen mount arrived promptly after order. Instructions are a little unclear. Once built it is a solid bit of kit, great adjustability and really sturdy. Was dubious with the low price against competitors but pleasantly surprised with the quality. Will definitely be back here for further upgrades.

Awesome product..... went together really easy perfect for my triple 27s. The customer service is second to none these guys are amazing from start to finish. dee was brilliant at helping me with any questions I had the response time was so fast. If anyone whats a company that really has your best interests in mind ( sim racing ) it's these guys.

Ordered a Simagic GT-Neo at Race Anywhere due to it being sold out everywhere in Germany ahead of christmas. My order, which was placed on a sunday, was instantly processed, packaged and handed to FedEx on the next day. The box was packed really well, everything arrived in great shape with some nice additions like stickers and a card. Overall a lovely experience for me, I can fully recommend this shop for people ordering simracing equipment outside of the UK.

Quick postage and really good prices, very happy all round.

Ordered PSR1 which got a bit damaged in transit. Various solutions were offered immediately and problem was resolved within couple of days. The rig is great, zero flex, customer service is outstanding! Highly recommended!
