They have repeatedly removed or hidden their NYE 2025/26 post, so I’m leaving this review to warn others.
This event felt like a complete scam based on what was advertised versus what was delivered. The promoter marketed the night as having three separate warehouse/area spaces with different music and DJs, yet on New Year’s Eve only one area was open. This is not a minor change — it is a fundamental misrepresentation of the event and what people paid for.
Because of this false advertising, the experience was ruined for me and my partner. The event was poorly organised, lifeless, and nowhere near what was promised. There was no atmosphere, no variety, and no justification for the ticket price. We left in under 15 minutes.
What makes this worse is that RA Guide continues to promote and support this organiser, despite the misleading advertising and multiple complaints. Rather than protecting customers, RA Guide appears to side with the promoter and acts as a barrier to refunds, making it extremely difficult for customers to recover their money after being misled.
This makes them feel complicit in enabling these practices. Staff and security were also unprofessional and unwelcoming before entry, which only reinforced the feeling that customer experience was not a priority at any level.
This was not an honest or fairly represented event. I am seeking a full refund and strongly advise others to avoid both this promoter and any platform that continues to support and promote events that do not deliver what is advertised.

Absolutely shocking service. The registration system is completely broken: forced sign-up, separate User ID and email, no way to reveal a password, no confirmation of registration, and password reset emails that never arrive. Tried on both phone and desktop and still couldn’t log in or buy a ticket. Wasted a ridiculous amount of time for nothing. If a ticketing platform can’t manage basic registration, it has no business selling tickets.

RA support team has been nothing but fantastic and efficient in their replies to queries about artist page/profile etc.
Whenever i sent them an email, i will definitely get a reply from them back on the same day which shows that they are very efficient in replying to their users.

The events themselves are great, but the website experience is extremely poor. The site regularly crashes when trying to enter competitions, such as the War Shield for Houghton 26. It is also almost impossible to secure resale tickets, as the current system simply cannot cope with the level of web traffic and consistently crashes.
They urgently need to invest in their server infrastructure. This is not a minor issue anymore, it is a persistent problem that is impacting users and needs immediate attention.
bought a ticket for a party ... later i found another party that was more appealing for me. So i ended buying 2 tickets for same day. Asked RA to refund one of them and they did it charging a ridiculous low fee despite refunds are not allowed according to terms. thanks Anna and Suzie.. the customer support agents that fixed my case
