Don't believe a word they say anymore. Reward you with bonuses when you deposit, but the bonuses don't work, it is a technical issue apparently. So deposit again and now another game has an error code during the gameplay. It would appear that the technical department has an issue when it comes to keeping their games going smoothly. Absolutely pathetic and when you do get a response back from your so called VIP manager eventually it is more excuses. Not impressed at all and don't actually believe a thing they say. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

1 star is flattering, as there's no ZERO stars.
Read the small print.... I deposited €50.00 to get there promotional reward but then realised I had to play through multiple times, thus, would have to deposit lots more. I played through around €15.00 of my own money then decided to withdraw and it said €100.00 minimum withdrawal. Never heard anything so stupid.
I complained and they closed my account, KEEPING THE €35.00
I'm still trying to get it back and have had to send multiple proofs of ID and address and they keep saying they aren't acceptable.
Asked for a complaint to be raised and they ignore me.
DO NOT USE - STICK TO REGULATED SITES.
