I did a previous review which was not very flattering. It was concerning the turnaround time and delivery issues. Once I reached out to customer service the matter was rectified in a timely manner. The quality of the hair is amazing. Being a salt and pepper woman I love that the blend is even from top to bottom and beautiful. I love the hair

First it all it took a month to get here and second and the most important part of this is the quality of the product was horrible looks like I got a synthetic Jeri curl wig so whoever is on here lying about these products needs to stop will never again

I love this hair for my clients’ microloc/microtwist extension installs.
It comes pre stretched, so not super shrunken/short pieces like some other versions. I suggest for any style where you want to add length as well, and not just fullness. It lifts and colors well too!

The hair is good quality and yes I reuse the hair several times for mini twists. The ordering is easy and shipment is quick especially coming from overseas. Order#577571141058007096

Order number 00000307635! Ordered the natural human hair bulk and it is utter trash! 10 inches is what I bought and I received 6 inches worth of bulky human hair. Very small inches worth of hair to braid. You lose more hair than you use. Unacceptable! Do not waste your time on their human hair bulky twist. It is not worth it! I low-key want all of my money back. Will not recommend or re visit this company. Blocked on all social media platforms. Including Google. Peace!

My experience with QVR is always top tears! I even had an error in my order and I needed to return my order and return and it was easy and quick!

I followed qvr' return policy. I included picture of packaging, of products to show it had not been used and it is a month later and still no refund of my money. Showed them proof that the product was received by them. Now they are saying it was lost in their warehouse and they need to verify the loss even though they have documentation in their system that it was delivered and received by them. Once again a month later and I'm waiting on my refund. Beware of them!!!!

I gave this hair a 1 star because that was the lowest. I paid to much for this hair is dry and I can do nothing with it. This hairstyle cost me 360 dollars and I’m not satisfied at all. I have a bag of shedded pcs from when the stylist was doing it. I wish I could get a refund.

I mistakenly purchased the wrong hair and they were so accommodating to work with and responded in a timely fashion. I will purchase again in the future...correctly.

I had a good experience with this hair company! They stand behind their products. customer service listened to my requests, followed through, and made sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate a company that values its customers and stands behind what they sell. They have all types of hair. Prices and deals are good.

I ordered crochet hair on July 7, 2026 to install for for a vacation scheduled for July 30th. It never came. When I inquired about it, I was told (in terrible grammatically incorrect emails) that it was "on it's way and I needed to be more patient."As of the August 20th I demanded a refund and put in a claim with PayPal. After escalating my claim in PayPal, QVR finally canceled the order and refunded my money. TERRIBLE & NEVER AGAIN.

$400 for crochet hair 2 weeks later its dread locks its matted and stiff not worth your money. I did not fill it with product or do anything else that would cause this. This hair is a scam

I bought the wrong hair, but it looked nice. It was easy to return and they were very easy to reach and timely with communication. I will buy again.

The best quality of Afro Kinky bulk human hair that I’ve ever purchased. It’s soft and lightweight. It feels like my natural hair. I’ve received numerous of compliments. Although it’s a little pricey, it’s worth it. I will definitely be purchasing again.

The hair is good quality. The only issue is that the 8inch length is too short and falls off easily when braiding.
I would go for a longer length.
