The sales associate
The sales associate, Elvis, was very helpful in searching for an insurance company that I could afford. He was very patient and was a good listener. He made me feel as though he genuinely cared about my needs and did the best he could to find a good fit for my insurance needs. Too bad ALL telemarketing type operators aren't as kind, patient and dedicated as he was. He spoke clearly and made everything easy to understand.

My experience was great because of Teeoni’s excellent customer service, incredible knowledgeability, and punctuality. I honestly wasn’t even going to do more than get a quote but she sold me.
