Had a look, got the app, filled in some details. The app tells me I have red hair and grey eyes and need jumpers. Actually I’m grey haired, blue eyed and asked for tropical climate wardrobe. So I guess it met my expectations…. 😂

After I had paid my $A19.99…
After I had paid my $A19.99 subscription to Stylio, I discovered that Stylio only suggested Northern hemisphere winter wardobe garments for the opposite season to ours in Australia (which is a very hot and humid summer). Obviously, Stylio website only caters for Northern hemisphere clients!
I sent them a request for a refund of my subscription $$ explaining that their wardrobe suggestions for me were invalid due to oppisite hemispheres.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THEM IN OVER SIX WEEKS!! AND... no guessing....NO REFUND

WRONG COLORS AND NO EASY WAY TO CORRECT
I took my photo and it said I had brown hair and green eyes! I have brownish black hair with brown eyes and my skin tone was darker than what it said I was. I couldn’t find an easy way to correct it. I was SO ANNOYED. Initially I wondered why it gave me the wrong wardrobe colors for my hair color and skin tone. I really wanted to like this App. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Beware of this AI company!
I did not intentionally purchase a subscription but my credit card has been charged every month. I have emailed their customer service link, but I have not been reimbursed; they keep charging me for something I have never used. I haven’t even downloaded their ap.
Beware of this company. It’s all AI and I haven’t been able to contact a real person. I’m hoping that it’s true that someone connected with this company does read and reacts to reviews.

I was setting up an account. Chose PayPal as my method of payment. A strange page came up- not the usual PayPal login, but I entered my email and password. Then it asked me for my credit card number. I immediately changed my PayPal account and verified it was on 2FA.
