Very helpful & polite but
Very helpful & polite but, in my case, gave misleading advice as the ubiquitously compromised solicitors wouldn't touch it. That's what happens when you're pitted against the infinitely corrupt system. Deplorable.

Had a lovely phone call yesterday with Luke and mandy
Had a lovely phone call yesterday with mandy and again today with Luke. They are very helpful and prominent into helping out sort out my case and got me through to the solicitors rather quick although I have phone call with the solicitor either today or tomorrow.

Well the first thing to say is that you are about the only one open on a Saturday which is great for all us people that work every weekday. Mark was my contact and understood exactly what I needed and dealt with it very professionally. I hope what happens next will get a glowing report from me too. We shall see
