we spent five nights at Azura Benguerra…
we spent five nights at Azura Benguerra Island in Mozambique and it was incredible! The service was excellent, every need was taken care of by the amazing Azura team. The facilities are top-notch and the food is simply fantastic. It's a great place for families; the staff were awesome with the kids and really made sure we all felt comfortable. Loved every minute of our trip and can't recommend it enough!
As for Quin Trip: everything was perfectly organized down to the last detail, thanks to Frederick. They're total pros. Definitely recommend them.

A more balanced assessment would not only have been more in line with our interactions but also more conducive to our ongoing efforts to enhance our services.
Despite the unexpected low rating, we remain committed to understanding and addressing any possible shortcomings. We want to assure you that we dedicated considerable time and resources to meet your needs and are disheartened that our service did not live up to your expectations.
Regarding the pricing issue, we apologize for any confusion caused by the price difference at the last minute. As travel costs can fluctuate based on factors like timing, demand, and availability, last-minute bookings from Johannesburg, particularly in busy periods like mid-May, can indeed be higher. While the quoted rate was R4810 per person above our initial 'From' price, we strived to provide a competitive offer given the circumstances. We value your budget and had proposed alternative dates that could better align with our advertised special. Additionally, we believe the quoted price, though higher, reflected the exceptional quality and level of services provided, ensuring that the value received was well worth the investment.
We also apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry due to an IT oversight that prevented your message from reaching one of our consultants. We have taken this issue seriously and are working with our IT department to implement measures to ensure this does not happen again.

Honeymoon
Quintrip organized a wonderful honeymoon package with me to Mauritius. They were very helpful and quick in response.
The resort we booked was Solana hotel - it was perfect! Every day entertainment! The staff were very welcoming and friendly! The island was just perfect for us! Beautiful and diverse culture and their cuisine was amazing!
I'll definitely make use of quintrip for future bookings!

Our first amazing trip to Mauritius…
We booked our first trip to Mauritius through Nolene and was totally dependent on her expertise to find us the best possible deal at the best possible price and a great location. She didn't disappoint. Nolene was with us all the way through the journey from the original bookings, to ensuring all the admin and paperwork was done and followed up on everything regularly. We booked an all-inclusive holiday in Zanzibar through Nolene, not only did she go above and beyond to give us multiple accomodation options, but she also made sure we stayed within the budget we provided (this could not have been easy as it was in peak season). When I had questions regarding our trip she responded promptly. The resort we stayed at was breathtaking and I would stay there over and over again. Nolene even checked in during our stay to ensure everything is going well. My boyfriend was planning a surprise proposal and he contacted Nolene, she again went out of her way to assist him in getting it right. Thank you for the amazing experience and effort! 35th Wedding Anniversary
We had an awesome holiday in the Maldives at the Lily Beach resort. Nolene has the best travel agent used to date. Fantastic service and will definitely use her service again. This has been our 2nd trip, the 1st to Constance Moofushi - also great but we have decided to plan our 3rd back to Lily Beach.

Experiente at South Palm Maldives
It was a good place to go. The resort, the Space, the stuf. All of them, are good people. The South Palm resort is a good place to be by yourself or with a partner. I do really enjoy the activities and the break first. I didnt like the food. Almost everything hás Spicy. Even pasta 😅. However everything else was ok.
For a solo trip, and if you like to runaway from big City. This should be a good idea
