Best Maintenance Team!
Quintain in general is quite good, but at Ferrum I have to highlight the quality service of the maintenance team led by Lucian. Lucian manages the best team in the business, he is always very fast and responsive in every request supported by his very skilled team of engineers. I can confirm they have solved all my requests in a efficient and quick way. Super friendly and really recomends their services!

We are been living in QUINTAIN living
We are been living in QUINTAIN living, Ferrum 2 from almost 4 years. The whole team is too supportive and helpful. The maintianence team is always on their toes for queries and response. They always make sure they are present and seen around, assuring needs are been addressed. The reception team is friendly and supportive and make sure all the time a smooth resident communication.
