I started recently with Quinn after reading reviews here on Trustpilot, as a change from another online company I've used for years and years, beginning with 'V'. After an initial not-so-good experience - they froze my account mid play while they waited for verification, although they were apologetic afterwards when I complained - I started to like the platform and the games.
Unfortunately, after a relatively small loss one night, they sent me an email restricting my account until I sent them details of my earnings and assets. Really intrusive questions about my money. I'm sure they will say it's to protect problem gamblers from themselves; however, there's no way I would give the kind of details they want. I'm quite disappointed, it was a decent gambling platform and I was just getting into it.
It would be vindictive to give one star, it is a decent enough website and the customer response was quick. But over zealous on the checks. Oh well, back to what I know.
