I’m assuming this was a review meant for another company? We are Quick Van Services based in Seaford East Sussex. As we haven’t spoken on the phone I can only assume this was a mistake? I know there are a couple of other Services with similar names. We are very much known for our customer service and have never been rude to anyone. Could I kindly ask that you take the review down from our page as it can be really detrimental to a growing company to have a 1 star review even when they are done in error

Friendly, efficient and cost-effective

What a great guy!
What a great guy Nick is, and his team are excellent too. Such a pleasure to deal with them. They were positive, friendly, hard-working and efficient. We'll definitely use Nick and Quick Van again - highly recommended.

Great service and communication from Quick Van Removal Services
We sourced Quick Van Service from a local online website and we are so glad that we did. We had to move home, a very short distance, but from our first contact with Nick, he was excellent. He provided us with a quote, which was within our original budget, arrived on time, took great care of all of our belongings and he completed so much quicker than we expected. It was great to have him here doing the move and I would most definitely recommend Nick to family and friends for any move no matter how big or small.

100% recommend!
Nick was superb. He moved me from London to Seaford on a very hot Friday afternoon.He was really friendly and professional and remained upbeat despite the heat and 6 hours driving in crazy Friday traffic. His price was the best I found and he took great care with my belongings 100% recommend!

Nick fitted us into his daily schedule, at a moment’s notice, to collect and deliver a 3 seat sofa for us.
Whole experience was fantastic from start to finish and we won’t hesitate to use and 100% recommend his service. He’s a polite, friendly and helpful guy who simply gets the job done without any fuss and at a very reasonable cost. You won’t find better!

Service with a smile
Great communication, efficient and polite. From booking through to the day of the move Nick was brilliant and friendly, couldn’t do enough to help and kept us posted with updates throughout the day. Would use again and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent garden move from Nick & Lee
I highly recommend Nick & Lee. Very good at communicating and quick response to my request for a quote. They moved all of my garden and treasured plants. Not an easy job as lots of random bits and heavy. They took great care and I felt I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

From my first conversation with Nick to completion of the job it was a pleasure dealing with Quick Van. Really friendly and professional, their morning hadn't gone to plan but they didn't let it impact our booking. Everything was dealt with carefully and nothing was too much trouble. Can't recommend highly enough. I will definitely use them next time I need something moving.
