No Communication! No Stock! No response
Once you place the order, they do not send any confirmation email or anything until you contact them. I was told that the order is processed and will be updated with the date of delivery. I was then told that there was no stock.
Very bad experience.

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service, empty promises never deliver on time. Understandable that things happen to delay a delivery however complete lack of communication, broken promises on top of promise and no follow up to advise what is actually happening is not the way to run a business. I've used Quickpos's services on three occasions and have only had one good experience.

Price increase after the Payment
Initial agreed price on the website was $288.80. After the payment was made, sales rep contacted us and increased listing price on the website to $389. Then email to pay the difference, we cancelled the order and received a refund

Apologies, that this caused you inconvenience. Zebra increased its prices and our supplier sent us an update on the revised pricing which was far more than our sale price. Therefore, you were contacted and asked if you would still like to go ahead with the purchase, given the price rise. When you declined, a refund was immediately made. Please let us know if you would like to consider an alternative scanner option.
Instant Response to online order - very efficient!
Placed an online order after 6pm, instant reply saying the item wasn't in stock but gave a lead time which was only a couple of days. Replied to give them the go ahead and again an instant reply saying the goods would be sent on after they have received. Very impressed with my first dealings with this company and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM VANI
We ordered a new commercial printer through Quick Pos and advised that it was required urgently.Vani advised that normal delivery would take two working days , however, she would endeavour to have it delivered the following day. True to her word, the printer arrived the following morning.
How good is that! Much appreciated Vani.
