They did mistakes with my application form over twenty times to a point where i had to check the application form throughly every time they sent me.
They were doing silly mistakes like adding my share code wrong. And these were not done mistakenly 1-2times
But 15-20 times

Chris was very helpful throughout the whole process and guided me through every single step very thoroughly. He advised me on all the documents that were needed for the application and ensured everything was done well ahead of time and managed to get me a biometrics appointment with the embassy much sooner than I had expected.
