I bought an account, and it worked for the first day I received it. The next day, the account was locked. I contacted them on their Instagram, and they made me wait an extremely long time to fix the issue. It took them a long time to respond, and when I confronted them about this, they gave me bogus responses as to why I couldn’t get a refund. They said that I couldn’t get a refund because there wasn’t a way to prove that I didn’t contact Supercell. I literally contacted them first thing after I had an issue. I followed all of their precautions and complied with everything, and even after all of that, they kept coming up with reasons as to why I couldn’t get a refund. I am warning you, DO NOT BUY ACCOUNTS FROM THEM. When something occurs on the account, and you ask for a refund, they will come up with reasons as to why they won’t refund you no matter what. I also asked for a replacement account instead of a refund, and they just replied with a non-answer, if they ever tell you they are investigating your issue I would just give up.

Edit: Their response just goes to show how they will do anything to not give you a refund or an alternate account. They literally waited until the account was banned (the account was most likely banned because nobody proved who the real owner was) to respond to me; I would be glad to show a receipt that the account was originally locked.

Bought an Account and it didn‘t work, luckily support was nice enough to give me another account in less than 24 hours

Took about 12 hours to have my order confirmed yet when confirmed details were provided with easy steps to have the account linked.

No word to say, explanation provided with the evidence requested. Constructive feedback

Update: I have been scammed. They claim to have a warranty but are refusing to refund or give me a new account. I don't recommend buying an account from them because of the false claim of a waranty.

Original message: I purchased a townhall 13 account and was given a slightly worse one than what the listing described. I was somewhat ok with it so I decided to not make a fuss. Less than 2 weeks later, the account is locked and requiring an unlock code that I don't have. I have messaged Danny, the customer service chat on the website, and I was told that my WhatsApp messages would be responded to. Nobody has responded to me regarding the account. I either want a replacement, or a complete refund. I will turn this review to a 5 star review if the situation is fixed and handled. Other than this issue, the customer service is good and this is the place to buy an account.

First off I wanna say Danny is a stand up guy I had a couple problems off the start that was completely my fault but once Danny had seen me messages he got right on it. Trying every way possible to help me out. We ended up getting everything perfect I got the account I paid for and all is good in COC. Will definitely buy another from here when I need to next!!

I messaged Danny before even buying the account and he answered all my questions and was a huge help in getting my account. I got the exact account I paid for and would definitely recommend buying an account from here. If I ever need another one, this is the first place I will look. If more than 5 stars was an option they would get it, thank you all so much.

after a day i received the account, but it was not the one I paid for. At the very least we know the website is legit and does indeed sell accounts, but it seems the instant delivery system isn’t functional. Spent $55 on a account that was “on sale from $70” and received an account of what would seem to be less value. Contacted seller through instagram and will update once I have a response.

Took an extra day to get the th13 account and I'm beyond happy, it got instead of a decently max 13 I got a fully Max th13, I know it seems shady buying an account but this is the go to website. The only bad thing it the Danny bot never responds which made me think it was a scam but it wasn't! so if you want a great clash account this is your place.

So far, when I can get a response, they are extremely helpful. I have received the email for my account but the account is not working and I cannot get an answer from Danny, and has been several hours of waiting. Will vote 5 once this gets fixed

Fixed from my 2 star review, they helped a ton, and give an insta to contact them at, although it wasn’t the exact account, it was close and got everything covered for me

Waited for 12 hours with no status or unable to get support from live chat, but once he helped me it was quick and easy.

I am satisfied with the customer service, but I had problems with some accounts, they managed to find me a much better alternative, I love it, thank you
