It does not work!, it feels like there is no parts or electronics in it, total ripoff and they won't reply to emails or messages.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GIVING THESE THEIVES YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

I would give zero stars if possible. I saw the add, listened to the video and thought it would be worth it. I started the process of purchasing 4 at the discounted price but before I submitted the order I thought it best to check reviews. Upon ready all bad reviews I went back to the order sight and backed out making sure to not submit the order. When checking my email roughly 30 mins later I saw an email was sent confirming my order. I immediately contacted their customer service to ask to stop the order and was told it couldn't be done but that I could return them when I received them.
Upon receipt of the chargers I contacted customer service to start the return process. I was told I had to pay the shipping, to an address in china, and if they were damaged in shipping I wouldn't receive a refund.
Do the math, They have no intention of refunding anyone's money. It's theft by deception and what recourse could we possibly have with a business in China...NONE!

I purchased a ChargePro tracker some 8 months ago but it then suddenly stopped showing its location. I contacted their customer services company’s customer support and they gave me a variety of instructions on how to hopefully get it operating again.
Despite and number of emails and sending them screenshots as requested the unit still wouldn’t work.
I did everything they suggested many times to no avail. I then said I wanted to return the ChargePro for repair or replacement (at my expense) but they then stated that they now wanted a video to prove I’d done everything they said.
Quite frankly this was the last straw and it was evident that they were putting up every possible obstacle rather than honour their guarantee.
My advice is do not purchase this item and steer clear of the company.

It doesnt charge any faster than any good cheap charger you buy. No 11 minutes not at all. I'm not even gonna try and get a refund. Just count it a $50.00 loss. They got my money. Bunch of hype and lies. Don't waste your money on this one. You've been warned!!!! Run Forest Run!!!!

This product is not at all truthful! It is no different than any other charger and no faster than my OEM charger that came with my Samsung Galaxy A12. Garbage and a total waste of good, hard earned cash. They should have a 'class action suit' filed against them. I would sign up.

Most of the claims of this site make no sense. It's obviously drop shipped from China and not made in the USA. The technology is just a USB 3.0 cable. You can get them safely on Amazon. It will do nothing to "heal" your battery nor can it magically override your OS. The front page linked from YouTube says 2 year warranty but if you read the actual warranty section it's only 30 days, and they ask you to ship your adapter to "Paris France.". Yes that's the entire address. Another section of the website lists an address in Colorado that doesn't exist. Don't buy this. Just go on Amazon!

I have not tried this but I really want to. I use a friend of mine power bank and my phone does not take 2 hrs to charge. It takes about 1 hr to charge. What is wrong with people? It does not matter what a product is. I bet I can go on here and find the best and most expensive product there is. Do you know what i am gonna see. Bed reviews. This goes both ways but people. Please stop with the bad reviews. Yall make it so hard for people to get things or to go places. I read a review about a tv. It had bunch of bad reviews. Guess what. Nothing was wrong with it and it was the best tv I bought. The only issue I had was fragile screen. Nobody wrote one thing about it.look at motels near the beach. Oh it ha roaches. The biggest one. Dr's. When trying to find a good dr. You cannot due to all negative reviews and it's probably your fault. I'm sure it's a negative review due to you breaking the rules and doing what your not supposed to be doing. I got kicked out and I didn't write a negative review. I wrote this is a great DR and if you break a rule and it caused me to get kicked out. It's not dr fault. It's my fault. I would not write a negative. I would write. I did this that and I was let go because he was a good dr. People make it so hard on guys or gals. Like I said even the best product would get bad review

One definition of a scam is 'a dishonest scheme', which is what this is. Some of the main selling points don't actually exist, so yeah, it's a scam. You don't have to get nothing for your money to be scammed, fyi.

Unclear why others say it's a scam,not knowing what that word means, they don't steal your deposit and give you nothing. You do in fact, get a charger+adapter, at least I did. However....

Yes the advertising on YouTube is misleading. I don't believe it's an original product..for a start I got a US plug type with adapter? The Writing on the side matches units found on Ebay.... I live in the UK,so this is strange. But I can confirm you do actually recieve a product,it is indeed quick charging...

Was the bulky adapter necessary? Considering that mine does work with no issues... the UK plug variant can be found on Amazon for £12 here you are spending £56

The writing on the side say 'qualcomm 3.0' but the advertising shows a UK plug with 'quickchargepro' logo... this is misleading. It also does not at all charge stuff in 11 minutes. My results show 90 minutes for a smartphone, which is standard for the technology

If it really were 11 minutes it would be USB 4.0 not 3.0

While the advertising does not hold up, my conclusion is that it's a dropshipping product with overhyped claims and pricing

But don't be completely fooled by the reviews here,you should receive a charger rather than get nothing at all in return,but what you get doesn't seem like an original product, it still does fast charging and isn't a widely popular design as USB A standard is being superseded by USB C ports

You are getting USB c power in USB A format, there are just a few questions raised by the advertising

Still useful if you want USB A stack in 3.0 which is a bonus as it isn't a common design,usually 3 ports are USB C, here all 4 are USB A great for your older cables

Finally I don't think I could recommend, the major concern I have Is the pricing on a block that appears generic and possibly Chinese.

For me it still does the job and I wasn't scammed by the dictionary definition. I'm happy with it and didn't need a refund,so I'm firm on 4 stars, it would be 5 if it appeared to be original but simply isn't the case with a quick search proving doubts.

Any phone can charge faster IF it has a voltage regulator. Most do.
This way, the highest, safest voltage charges as fast as is possible on your device.

The first ad I saw talked about reconditioning the battery.

2 seconds of watching the ad should set off alarm bells for anyone who knows even the smallest amount about technology. The claims are all utter nonsense, and lots of them (AI in a charger will override your OS to improve performance?) don't even make sense.

Seems as though this product is making another sweep of sales from its youtube advertisements. I am speaking out for a friend of mine who didn't take my warning about purchasing this useless gadjet seriously enough, nor did my friend rely on the universally bad user experiences as reported in countless negative reviews of this product to help influence his decision to buy one of these things, but he bought two of these worthless units. Upon realizing that none of the advertisement's claims were happening to his phone after using the Quick Charge Pro to charge the battery to his phone, he called to let me know that he wasted a bunch of money buying a couple of pieces of plastic with electrical prongs attached. The Quick Charge Pro is nothing but a big scam, folks. Don't be fooled like he was.

I was about to buy 3 chargers for $75 and it wouldn't take my Paypal but wanted me to put in my credit card information. Well guess what? I don't give anyone my credit card information. I have an account with Paypal which is linked to Ebay and Amazon. If a vendor doesn't take Paypal, then I guess I don't need their product.
I immediately thought SCAM! I looked around and found all of your reviews, so guess what? You all saved me from getting SCAMMED too! Thank you all very much.

Read the reviews but bought it anyway. Thought I could get my money back. Wrote the company,no reply, yet ... took 45 minutes to go from 70 % to full charge... junk. Don't buy it. Get a $9 one from Amazon or Walmart . It does the same thing.

If I could rate this NO stars, I would. This product does nothing it advertised and to add further insult to the situation my emails have gone unanswered. I requested info on returning and refunding. Still waiting. I believe I was scammed.

I bought two of these units, the planned obsolescence claim is complete bogus. Not that it exists, because we know it does. These units do not do what they claim. The first one left one of the prongs in my wall outlet after a month, and the second wont charge more than one phone reliably. DON'T waste your money or time!

If I could give it a minus two I would The charger doesn't do nothing as advertised as a matter of fact when I Plugged it in I Received pop up notification. Sayingl slow charge I've been sending emails for 3 days. I can't find a telephone number only an email. No response. I would like a refund.

The above company is under the heading and coverage of Prime Time Trends and it is a scam. Ordered 2 quick phone chargers and realized I had been taken, sent a follow up to their support e-mail address requesting a cancellation knowing that it had not been shipped yet and found that it was a "no-reply" address. While they may offer a money back guarantee, others report that this not true. Basically, all that was advertised about this product is pretty much a lie. The item is nothing more than a high priced quick charge unit that, according to other reviews, does not charge any faster than a standard charger. I called the customer service number. I'm still waiting for a return call. Supposedly I'm in the queue. We'll see. The worst case scenario is that I'll have to challenge the purchase through my bank to get it reversed. Communications and service sucks. Quality of the product is not far behind.
