I have had an incredible experience with Quick MD! I have seen two doctors both of whom are very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I was treated so quickly and started feeling better then hit a bit of a snafu. Fixing it was so easy though! All I had to do was make another appointment and everything was sorted out. I LOVE this service! If you are thinking about calling - just do it. You will see a doctor the same day and start feeling better right away. Many thanks and blessings to Dr. Mirza and Dr. O’Brien. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I’ve been on Suboxone for many years. I have never relapsed. When there are delays in getting my prescription filled (prior auth, out of stock, financial difficulties, etc), I go through withdrawal. Relapse is simply not an option for me.
QuickMD for Suboxone is incredibly convenient. I appreciate how quick and easy it is. I went to other clinics in the past but because of my family’s situation I was unable to keep up with the weekly appointments and had to switch to QuickMD as they only require monthly appointments (once established).
I’m also a mom of a special needs child. My child’s therapies and treatments are thousands of dollars out of pocket a month. I’m sometimes down to my last couple bucks. When I have to decide between paying for my child’s many therapies, or my own medication, I’m obviously going to choose my child.
When I know I won’t be able to pay the $99~ for my appointment, plus any other associated costs, I start rationing my medication to get my through the next couple days, or a month or more, depending on the financial circumstances. Yes I go through withdrawal, but what am I supposed to do..? Put the consequences of MY addiction before my child? Something that happened before they were even born? Of course not. I stand by my decision to do this, nothing is going to change that, and I refuse to let anyone make me feel bad or wrong about it.
However, the doctors are INCREDIBLY rude about it. If I miss a month or two because I can’t afford it, or even a couple days late because I had to wait for payday, they’re just plain weird and mean about it. It’s almost like they’re taking MY financial situation personally. They will continually lower my dose every time this happens, ensuring I struggle and suffer even MORE. When I ask them “well what am I supposed to do if I can’t afford it?” They will blatantly ignore my question and move on to their next condescending comment, then wrap things up quickly and dismissively.
After one appointment I sat in my car crying for several minutes because of how horribly they spoke to me. It’s mind-boggling how rude and condescending they were because… I’m financially struggling? That I put my money towards my special needs child who desperately needs it??
Like sorry but not everyone is single, childless, with tons of income (as some of these doctors seem to be based on their publicly available info). I’m not exactly sure what they expect of me, and I’m not sure what they expect will change with their treatment of me other than me finding another option that will actually ensure I receive proper treatment. People are struggling right now and, regardless, it’s incredibly offensive that I’m treated like garbage because my child exists and has expensive medical care that comes first.
I can’t do this anymore with this company. I’m starting to have so much dread and anxiety about these appointments, even my regular on time ones, which isn’t healthy nor conducive to healthy treatment.
I’ll be switching to another local, low cost option that I only wasn’t doing because I don’t have someone to watch my child each week who can handle their needs for an hour. I’ll have to figure it out because I will not be looked down on and spoken down to simply because my child had medical care that must come first.
The local option is amazing, they truly do everything in their power to help you. They do not punish you by unnecessarily lowering your dose against your will because you are low on funds. Meanwhile, at QuickMD, I have to wonder if they’re being paid per appointment based on their completely uncaring, unprofessional behavior and how bizarrely personal they take it if you don’t pay that $99 every month.
If you have a rocky financial situation or have children with special needs that may affect your treatment schedule, do NOT use QuickMD. They are NOT understanding whatsoever if you’re not giving them $99 every month.
I’ve truly never felt so judged or treated so horribly for my history of addiction until QuickMD. I have literally NEVER relapsed. Not a single time. My only crime here is not being able to afford $99 every single month perfectly on time. And my god, does QuickMD make sure you know you’re guilty of it.
I also wanted to add that any issue on THEIR end that requires a refund ALWAYS means you’re charged a fee and will absolutely NOT be given a full refund, even if it’s explicitly NOT your fault but THEIRS. I overlooked this for the sake of convenience for way too long.

I would give no stars if that was an option!! This comapany is obviously new and has no idea how they should be handling business! They say they can write scripts for opioid addiction and when I called because my last script from 2 months ago came from a pain management facility they cant write scripts but they could wast 2 hours and 100 dollars with absolutely nothing to say other than im sorry!!! I am beside myself!! So im must not be addicted to opoids because I had a pain management doctors. Even though ive been taking pain pills since Oct. OF 2005! Mmmmmhmmmm!!! Ok!! Also it took 2 hours because the app only worked half the time if that!

Svar från quick.md
The first time I used the service I paid $100 ….spoke with the physician. He did not fill the script at all……The second time I used the service, I paid $100, got a 30 day supply of meds…..third time I used the service I paid $100, was told I would be getting a 90 day supply of meds but got a 30 day supply……the fourth time I paid for the service, the Physician was rude, condescending, argumentativeand I received no service…..😳

I wouldnt recommend their services. The support staff make it difficult to get a refund. I had an experience where one of their doctors spoke down to me and refused to let me communicate my side of what was happening with me. Support staff disconnect from several chats when I was trying to get help. Not following up with me.
I am trying to get a refund for a bad experience with a doctor who was disrespectful and did now allow me to communicate my concerns or explain what was going on.
They continue to make the process difficult even though ive told them I wont be using their services again. Unprofessional money grab. Use another self pay service i emplor you.
I have already reached out to the support team and they are taking forever to investigate. Requiring me to write ROIs even though I told them im not going back to the doctor.

I reached out to them because I'm having some blood sugar issues . I was trying to get help until I could get to a in person dr . I sent them all my last 3 day readings and the dr called told me they can't help to go to a in person dr . After asking questions and explaining I'm aware of the situation and what needs to be done, she literally got mad and hung up on me ! My first and last visit with this scam platform! So unprofessional and they truly do not care about your health or feelings, I'll be posting the conversation soon enough. Also they have a no refund policy! They said they could refund only 40 of what I paid , I'm still waiting to see if they even do that .

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They are horrible! I was with them for about a year or longer and everything was fine until one day I could not get into the app to log into my account. I kept logging in and it said that my account was on hold did not say why.. well, it was time for my appointment. My medication was due so I started emailing them got no response tried calling couldn’t sit on hold so my only choice was to make a different account through Google and that’s what I did and I booked an appointment. The doctor sent over my prescription like always and then the next day I leave to go pick it up only to find out that the finance team at Quicken D called the Walgreens and canceled my prescription because I owed them $99 from months ago, but not just because of that because I had made other accounts, they were withholding my medication and I still have not got a resolution so do not ever use QuickMD. They are terrible. The doctors are good, but the company itself is horrible. They do not care about anything but money.
UPDATE: so I was able to get a resolution today. Reese from QuickMD actually reached out and was very very helpful and getting my account back and being very understanding. with that being said my view of QuickMD has changed and I feel like they actually do care about their customers because if they didn’t, they could’ve just shut down my whole account and not cared. but that’s not what they did they actually helped and because of that, I will always stay with QuickMD and I would recommend them to anyone.

I googled an online place to get subs, and this is the 1st place I tried. Its hard to trust websites these days, but I paid the $99, and spoke to a doctor 30 minutes later. She was super super nice and helpful. Really nice and understanding! She wrote my script for exactly what I asked for. I received everything I needed from this place. My phone won't do face calls, she called and it was a done deal. Very trustworthy and I'll be back in a month . They're legit and trustworthy! Called in to my pharmacy and the same day. You can't beat that! Excellent job guys and thank you so muc! My stress level went from 100 to 0! Thank you!

Total Scam, paid the $99 and then nothing? No doctor no nothing. Sent multiple emails as they don’t have a working phone number. Avoid this scam

I use quick md for my long term suboxone needs. Telemedicine is perfect since I work on the road. Thank god ill be in alabama for a few years because I have Dr Krishna and he has been amazing. I feel very comfortable with him. I wish I could make him my primary dr and may track him down to do so. Its hard finding a dr you trust and for me, he checks all the boxes. Quick md makes it very easy to use, and pay. Ill be using them for all my needs.

Doctors change the refill schedule without notice. If you want dependable refills of your medication on the day you expect - forget about it. They’ll go from 28 to 29, to 30-days refill limits without even telling you. Go somewhere else.

They screwed me out of 30 tablets of my medicine, due to an issue that was their fault, their doctors that prescribe medicine half the time do not have a DEA License like they're suppose too, and once the pharmacist see that, they wont allow you to pick your medicine up, once I reached out and told them what was going on, instead of fixing the solution they told me "well just take a loss on this one, reschedule another appointment and well get you a new prescription" so after I paid 100$ for my visit, you want me to pay an extra 100$ in order to get my medicine? When it was your issue with your doctor's license to begin with? Yeah... I highly recommend you look into something else, this was suppose to be awesome and easy, and when I first came it actually was, but this issue i just described is about the 4th time this has happened, at this point im going some place else, they're no hurry to find a solution and even when they do come up with a "solution" its no real solution!!!!

I have been with QMD for a couple years. I’ve never failed a test or gotten off the program. They refuse to accept insurance because it cuts in on their profit because they say they would be mandated to see limited patients. One doctor even told me they are there to make money and explaining your financial situations doesn’t matter. He was not trying to be nasty but he was being honest. I thanked him for that. But today, I had a doctor that was so rude, it was ridiculous. As soon as the call started, she started questioning me because it had been a month and two weeks since my last appointment. I asked her had she reviewed my doctor intake forms and she admitted she had not. I explained to her that if she had, she would have seen my explanation. That’s when things took a turn. She chided me for being “late” and said I could be “dropped” from the program. I told her I take my meds like I’m supposed to, never broke away from the program and even resort to breaking up my doses to stretch me until my next pay date. I get paid once a month, am disabled and am on a limited income. With everything rising in costs, most of us are a paycheck away from losing everything. She had ZERO empathy and said we were “talking in circles”. I explained to her that regular people do not have financial availability and the money she has and if they are following the rules of the program and being honest with their provider, confiding in them and revealing financial shortcomings, they still deserve dignity and not be threatened with being dropped from the program. She seemed annoyed that I didn’t back down and couldn’t care less about my treatment. I’m grateful for the ability to get seen but if you don’t take insurance, you don’t get to talk down to someone for because they can’t afford to pay every 30 days like clock work. None of the other doctors have EVER spoken to me like that and took the time to read the intake forms. Even when I told her I was skipping a bill TODAY to just get seen, she continued to talk down to me and threaten, although she added that “she” wasn’t going to do it. The sadder part is the entire conversation was about money; not once did she bother to ask how I was doing. She just threatened to cut my dose or throw me off the program because I’m struggling financially. She seemed to expect me to keep my mouth shut and only her words mattered because she is the provider and I’m the lowly patient needing help. Dr. Stephani Luecker DO is who it was and I will NEVER book with her again. The way she talked to me was condescending and demoralizing. Every other doctor I’ve dealt with at QMD is professional and operate with empathy. In this particular program, some people are not very strong and talking to someone like her could set them back. People are human beings, not dollar signs and should be treated as such. That being said, if you are struggling mentally and financially, do not book with her. She will make you feel worse about yourself and that’s not what the other doctors at QMD represent. I highly recommend Dr. Sha-Barbara McDaniel, MD, Dr. Husan, Dr. Michael S. and various others. In fact, a good way to tell the great doctors, they are the ones with little availability. I’ve learned that they have fewer availabilities because patients flock to see them. I chose Dr. Luecker because she had more open appointments than all the others. Now I know why.
It is not my goal to disparage anyone but in a program like this, patients deserve to know what to expect and deserve a doctor with bedside manner, empathy and humanity, not a financial reminder that you’re not worthy of treatment because you do not have access to a wealth of resources during this increasingly awful economy.

I would like to leave a very positive review for my Dr Fred Gardezy he has been my online Quick Md Dr for almost 2 years he is very professional thorough and is always willing to listen and help me with any questions or concerns I have while being on buprenorphine. I am not one to leave many reviews unless I truly feel that a company or person has made an impact in my life and I feel Dr Gardezy is very deserving of leaving a review for he has always been professional honest and genuine towards me and my care it’s what has kept me sober and changed my life. Thank you for being such an amazing Dr and keeping me on the path of recovery and healing it’s completely changed my life I believe without quick md services people like me would not recover and live productive lives he deserves to know what impact he has made on his patients as does Quick Md . Thank you again for helping me get my life back.

I use QuickMD for hormones, last month & now this one, I ran out of them due to the negligence of this company. The doctor is great, the customer service and whoever runs this program has zero idea whats going on. Everyone will tell you something different. Hormones are something you need to stabilize & its not possible using this app.
They want you to join a membership and then you’re guaranteed a doctor’s appointment every month. If you try to make an appointment earlier than you have to pay more money, but if you don’t pay the more money and make the appointment earlier, then you’re gonna run out of medication. Doctors do not have appointments on the very day that you need them. So you definitely need to plan to pay double. My doctor tried to give me refills, and I received an email from quick MD stating that I had refills. I just needed to contact them when it was time.. so I contact them and they have no idea what I’m talking about, I showed them the email that they sent to me and then I have to wait the day for them to contact the doctor. They contact the doctor and then they tell me that they’re gonna send me a link to pay and I’ll get the refill so great they send me the link I pay. I think everything is fine. All of a sudden I get another email the next day saying the payment didn’t go through.. I look at my credit card and I see that it did. Then it takes them another whole day to figure out that I did make the payment. And then after all of a sudden and done they tell me that I have to make an appointment with the doctor to get a refill. Even though for the past two days, they’ve been telling me that they’ve contacted the doctor that I do have these refills, but I just need to make payment now all of a sudden it doesn’t matter. I have to see the doctor anyway. And of course she doesn’t have an appointment so now it’s already three days out and I still haven’t been able to see the doctor, so once again, I will be running out of medication. I have no idea how these people think it’s acceptable to allow this to happen to patients. It’s definitely not OK to yo-yo people on and off of meds the way that they are. They don’t send it to the pharmacy either in this program. They mail it to your house and that takes five or six days. They don’t even put a rush shipping on it for you when it’s their fault completely that you’re not getting it in time. This month it will be about five days that I won’t have any meds. I have done everything I’m supposed to do and they have literally failed on every single end that they could have. It takes five or six days for them to get it to you and you have to sit around all day waiting to sign for the medication too. My suggestion to you if anybody is going to use this would be to pay the membership fee, but then be prepared to pay an extra doctor fee so you can get your meds on time and then you can take your card off of the site so they can’t charge you the membership fee again because they will you will literally get charged for seeing the doctor early and pay for medicine then They’ll try to charge you a membership fee on top of it. Maddening
