Charging for a cancelled account
The site itself works pretty well. The problem is that they charged me few days after I had cancelled my account. 48 hours later, nobody answered to the mail I sent them.

Quetext unduly charged my card for an account I didn't have an access to. I reached out to customer support. They took so damn long to respond to my request. I asked for a refund and they are yet to respond to me. How the hell will they charge my card when I can't even use the service?
That's theft!!
