Jerry from Quetext was incredible …

Jerry from Quetext was incredibly efficient and helpful. I no longer have access to the email address. I had to use to sign up for the plagiarism detector. I was still being charged and let him know, and it was taken care of in about 12 hours. Awesome!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We just reviewed your account and found the payments went through successful via payment links, as the account got blocked due to several declined transactions.

In the meantime, allow us to clarify: Quetext subscriptions automatically renew until they are canceled, and subscriptions that aren't canceled before the start of a new billing cycle will be charged for a new subscription period.

If you consider the matter resolved following your account payment and activation, and feel that the current review is not an accurate reflection of your service experience, we'd appreciate it if you could update your review and change the ratings for us.

We're sorry about any misunderstanding in this regard.

I had trouble canceling my subscription…

I had trouble canceling my subscription (turned out my fault because I was entered the wrong email address). I emailed the support team and jerry took care of everything. Great customer service. And great product. I just graduated and didn’t need to it anymore
