Has anyone actually received there money

Verified my account and they are still refusing to payout my winnings. I am in the process of identiying a debt collection agency ro recover monies should they fail to payout.

I played the slots for over a week and they were happy to take my money out of my accounts. When i won £2000 and wanted to withdraw it, they kept asking for verification details. I sent them everything i had over 2 days and still not able to withdraw my money. How is it i was verified enough to deposit and play but not verified enough to withdraw my winnings. Absolute joke

Quick enough to take deposit but would not pay out £1000 win

They took money from my account without my knowledge I reported to my bank as fraud turns out they where still trying to withdraw money out as I was on the phone to the bank but were instantly blocked 🚫

Managed to get it up to £100.

Honestly not sure what peoples issues are. If you deposit and a bonus has been added, then just remove the bonus before playing.
The payouts seem good and often, I'm probably breaking even and have played through thousands, always get withdrawals within 24 hours.

Not sure what everyone is moaning about I joined today! Deposited, won, verified, withdrew all in 1 day!
