Quebecool has a very poor customer service
I ordered a robotic window cleaner from Qebecool. The description of the item on the web was not obvious that it needed to be plugged in all the time for it to work. I sent an email 3 times to find out how to return it. Every time they offered to reimburse a percentage only, like 1st email 15%, 2nd email 20%, and 3rd email 30%. I also needed to pay for shipping. I would have agreed to the shipping charges but they never provided a return address. And they also provided a 15% discount for my next purchase as if I would ever purchase anything from them. This in my book is a total fraudulent way to deal with customers.
