Maithili and Aditya have been a great help, putting all their effort into achieving the goal we have set for ourselves, with intelligence and efficiency.

Do not use this company, they are a waste of time. Their system is simply using your own linkedin account to send generic emails to their list of investors. You may get one or two responses but usually they are firms looking to sell their services or provide loans. We never had any serious interest from the investors and whilst getting investment is not guaranteed, you would be better off paying more to established investment houses. Tney also offer a refund if you get no interest but to them interest is defined has one or more call or request for a pitch deck, often from people looking to sell to you rather than invest.

We engaged Qubit Capital with a clear agreement: the onboarding fee would be refunded if no meaningful investor conversations were generated.

While some meetings were arranged, they were largely misaligned with our sector (e.g. funds focused on female founders, consumer/retail, real estate/renewables). As a result, no real investor traction was achieved.

The core issue was poor targeting, not lack of effort.

What is most concerning is that these irrelevant meetings were later used to justify denying the refund.

After this experience, we replicated the same outreach process internally using tools like Apollo and Smartlead, achieving comparable (if not better) results with full control over targeting.

Overall:

targeting was not aligned with our business

refund clause was not honored as expected

Would recommend future clients to define very clearly what qualifies as a relevant investor before engaging.

Aditya, Maithili and the whole input team to our case was very professional and fast in crasping what Viomba is all about and what we're looking at this point from our investor prospects.

They do not have a warm client system. They used Ai to connect to your email and send emails out to also warm your email, and in between those bot to bot emails, they send out emails to investors. They only offer you one meeting, and if you get a meeting then our refund is bye bye from their services, even if it was a no. They also will do an evaluation on your company or business that you have. Then they make a presentation, which I had to fix an update myself. The presentation and company evaluation is 5k in total. Check the rest of their reviews they all lack detail. They don't even have a google review page either. On reddit they also do not have a lot of great things said about them and if there is. Lack of detail. Use your own judgements.

That is all their service provides. Honestly you could do the same with out them and save 5k. Presentation are easy to make now with Ai, so you dont need to pay for it. Email marketing, you can also do that yourself, and with investment companies, most have a form you need to fill out on their site. In the end, there is no one better to do these type of things than yourself. In my opinion it was a waste of cash and experience, but all i got was experience of the process. Who knows, maybe I would have had better success if I was not a video game that needs funding,

The entirety of our investor outreach initiative was managed by the team at Qubit. Investors were chosen with care, and all logistics, introductions, and follow ups were handled so well that every discussion felt purposeful. When we started we had an idea and little else. The team opened doors to funds we didn't even know existed leading to genuine early-stage conversations. It was a huge relief and honestly made things feel real for the first time.

I echo the reviews regarding the misleading wording of the 'money back' if no meaningful conversations. I had one. In 12 months. And I even sent them a list of contacts to outreach to as they seemed to run out of ideas. Reporting was poor, no detail. I provided the copy for outbound as they frankly kept getting it wrong. I'm actually kicking myself as my background is CRM. Number one rule - poor data in = poor results. They don't have warm leads, they just 'spray and pray'. Pointless, especially if you are an early stage startup.

My method for handling investor discussions was altered by the brief document I received before each call, which contained background information, talking points, and suggestions about the investor's usual questions.

We've been working with Rajath and the team at Qubit to try and raise funds. Although we have not yet secured a definite investor, Qubit have been nothing but professional and hardworking throughout. Their process is transparent and has generated many many leads. We've had conversations with investors from all over the world who we would never had connected with without Qubit. They also helped us refine the pitch. My only slight negative is the use of an email from the 'founders' - but I completely understand how that would help when conducting outreach.

Qubit has done a good job of automating outreach so that they can connect us with hundreds of potential investors and then provide hands-on help with the parties that have expressed interest. The team is responsive and we've been excited to work with them!

SCAMMERS STAY AWAY!!! They promised us a refund if we did not get an investment. After a year of only getting a few weak introductions and no investments, we asked for the refund they promised us, but they refused, saying that they meant "positive conversation," not an actual investment. I'm sorry, a non-investment is not a positive conversation. They use wordsmithing to ensure the contract is not enforceable. They are not trustworthy people to do business with and take advantage of small start-ups who need the money. We feel like fools for trusting them.

The team at Qubit, especially Mayur and Naman, did their homework. It was clear from our first investor call that they had prepped them thoroughly on our business. This wasn't just a rolodex service; it was thoughtful, strategic matchmaking. That deep level of preparation made all the difference.

I've been working with Qubit for several months now. They have put in a fantastic effort and have been able to set up many investor conversations! I'm very pleased with the work they've done.
