These guys are first class. I've always got through to customer services and haven't had any issues at all. I am now funded trader with them and I know as long as I stick to the rules, I am confident that I will receive a payout. Approval for a funded account is very quick once you pass the challenges. It feels like these guys want real traders.

Honestly very disappointed with the customer service. Emailed them about 5 times regarding the same concern but no response. Was really looking forward to buy more accounts but unfortunately that won’t be the case anymore.

QuantFunded stands head and shoulders above other prop firms I've tried. The evaluation process is challenging but fair, preparing you for real-world trading conditions. What impressed me most was how responsive their support team is – any technical issues were resolved within hours. I just opened a challenge and my first contact with Customer Service went just great! They helped me out to configure everything 100% so I could start working.

The positive reviews here cannot be real because anyone who has actually used this firm's dashboard knows how broken it is. The platform is full of bugs and technical issues, making proper trading nearly impossible.

Instead of fixing their system, they enforce unfair rules that make traders fail and ignore refund requests. Avoid this company – don’t fall for fake feedback!

I was asked to share my experience with QF, here is my honest review:

- Spreads are excellent
- Rules are all clear
- Customer support replies in seconds
- Payout was received the next day morning with bank
- They have MT5 which is a plus for me

If anyone is looking to get started with prop firms I would say go for QF cuz their prices are lowest too

I had a problem with my challenge. Quant's support helped me very well and quickly. Even the co-owner Alex helped. If a firm takes so much time for you, you know they are LEGIT. I have also already received payouts. Only buy here if you want to be treated honestly!

I am sure they have the best costumer support out there. The rules are pretty transparent and I liked the spread size what they offered.
Definitely a good prop firm to use today.

They banned me from using their prop firm because I was too disciplined and profitable. Total waste of time and money. Stay away.

UPDATE: Still haven't received my refund.

They are accusing me of being a gambler while my trades are 200pips+ XAUUSD moves which requires a lot of experience and patience.

The service Quant Funded provides is very professional and fast. My friend recommended them to me even that he lost his challenge with Quant Funded he recommended that their team is professional and fast so I decided to try them out. I passed my challenge in 1 day and verification in 3 days. I am on my funded account now and I'm impressed by how good the trading conditions are and NO SLIPPAGE and NO COMMISSIONS on my trades. I don't usually leave reviews on prop firms however QF ticked every box I am looking for in a prop so thought i'll leave a review to help others:

1. Customer support - the customer support of Quant Funded was excellent even in the middle of the night they replied fast to my chats or emails

2. Payouts - the payout system was fast and did not cause any headaches, no hidden rules seen. I got my payout with no problems in 24 hours after placing my request

3. Trading conditions - the spreads are tight and there is zero commission which is good considering why should they charge commission if it's simulated trading so I give them a good point there too

4. Website - well organised in my opinion

5. Rules - I did not face any problems with hidden rules, yes they have some rules you need to follow like to not gamble on the account and being consistent end of the day what matters to me is getting my pay out.

I will leave another review later, so far everything was ok and payout arrived the next day
