3 hours on 5 phone calls and I still haven't reached a customer service agent to rebook a flight that they cancelled. Also there is no chat options. This is the worst experience. I'm a frequent flyer. What sort of service is this? Ill never fly with them again and will cancel my airpoints with them. Unbelievable.

I had a booking cancelled by Quantas and they gave me a credit when I want my money returned as is my right - I ring and ring and ring and they never answer the phone - longest was 2 hours and then I had to give up. Outrageous. Please can they contact me to return my money.

Very unhappy with this service. I have been trying to contact them for weeks as on the website I cannot amend what I need to amend. After multiple calls per week and even day, been on hold for hours. They never picked up. Very bad customer service and very bad website.
If you book with them, make sure you won’t need to amend your flight as you will never get through them.

Do not waste your time calling the Qantas London Sales number, the service is abysmal, you will never get answered. I called because I wished to book return flights to Melbourne but on route we wished to have a stopover in Darwin but Qantas website booking does not allow one to make a stopover. After 40 minutes listening to their on-hold announcements I hung up.
I question whether Qantas have any customer care at all. if you make a booking and need to change it then I feel very sorry for you as a Qantas customer

Qantas' abysmal service
I am embarrassed to call this our 'national carrier' - you go to the Qantas website to provide constructive feedback; if it's in any way perceived by their website monitors to be critical of Qantas then it's immediately removed. It USED TO BE that Air NZ and Qantas would take the passengers of the other if one of them was not flying to a particular route - in our case Norfolk Island. Not in the new Covid world apparently where Qantas slugged us an additional $600.00 over what we'd already paid to Air NZ for the same travel. I believe this is blatant price-gouging of the travelling public in Qantas' attempts to recoup profits. Every person scammed by them should officially complain, AND they need to get rid of that 'evil dwarf leprechaun' and get a new CEO.

Booked Qantas flights in Jan 2021. Qantas cancelled the flight due to Covid. I requested a refund 10 weeks ago and nothing!! Can’t get through to customer service number (waited 2 hrs before giving up) and they don’t answer my emails. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I want my £5000 back for the flights Qantas cancelled!! Worst airline
I had a flight scheduled with them in May 2020. Due to Covid situation all got canceled. I had flights booked with 4 different airlines. Most of them took their time and refunded me in the matter of couple of months. Qantas are still taking their time as of 20th of March 2020. Soon it will be an year without a refund. Worst company. Avoid at all cost!

Booked & paid for tickets UK to Aus, Qantas eventually cancelled, I then had to go back and forth with Customer services, requested a refund (as i now will never fly with an airline that has subsequently decided to impose mandatory vaccination requirements on their services), 14 weeks later I'm still awaiting my refund despite numerous emails & complaint forms being ignored!
