WHAT A PIECE OF RUBBISH, FIT FOR THE BIN

I order an item on 7 January 2025 from Quanolo still not received - their Tracker page could not been found. Sent messages to Sophia and Erin at Customer Support, Quanolo, but have still not received my order and no correspondence since 7 February.
I will not use this company again.

Since they re-branded the website 1 month ago, I am getting faster answers to my email requests and my order came faster than before, i think they are improving, as they should...

The dog lash that I ordered 7-8 days ago just came and it's exactly like in the images. If someone is looking for a good dog lash i recommend the one that they have on the website, it's called Paw or something, search it up.

Lily from their support assisted me to choose the right size.

Do not use this company. Something is very wrong!!
I ordered a product 11th December. Two months later no product received and no info and the tracker says the number doesn’t exist!!. I wrote but no reply. Scam!

No customer service back up at all.
Don't be taken in by ridiculously low prices, if it sounds too goid to ve true ....it probably is!!!!!

Obviously, I've been scammed in the purchase I made from this outfit: Quanolo or Stemko LLC or whatever they chose to call temselves. The item, a log splitter, is a flimsy piece of garbage, not fit for purpose and nothing like the one demonstrated in their video ad.

The Quanolo website promises a "100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee." And states: "If for any reason you do not like the products you have ordered from us, we will refund 100% of your money." I have requested a full refund but after several weeks and email exchanges, I'm offered only a 40% refund (which would not even cover the return postage to North Macedonia which I'm responsible for).

The company logo is deceptive: "Quanolo United Kingdom", suggesting it is UK based. Not so! I cancelled this order before it was even dispatched, as I became suspicious receiving shipping details from China, written only in Chinese. And their contact information is in Wyoming, USA, no phone number or customer service other than by email - with a long delay in response.

I saw the Quanolo ad on the Pinterest website, thus mistakenly feeling they would only recommend reputable goods.

If I do not receive a full refund directly from Quanolo, I will pursue it through PalPal, the payment method I used. I am determined to get my money back.

Trustpilot needs to do more to vet the five star reviews, which are not believable in this case.

Buyer beware! Avoid this company . Don't get ripped off.

Item arrived and is cheap plastic at best, The EasyRazor™ | Perfect Shaver - Precise, safe & easy to use is nothing like they state and dose not shave like they say it dose and the how they got the video to do what it shows is behond me. if l could be bothered l'd send it back but l cant be asked. total rip of for plain and simple junk.

This is a scam, I ordered and was given a tracking number that is a link to nowhere, I have written several times and the only response is we will come back to you. I have requested a refund, and no response. I am going to pursue this as I have lost money. Don’t part with money, look through all the reviews and you will find y=the same.

Ho ordinato un attrezzo per spaccare la legna ( firewood splitter), ma si e' dimostrato completamente inutile e non corrispndente alle immagini fornite nella descrizione. Inoltre e' quasi impossible avere un rimborso perche' non solo le spese di spedizione sono a carico dell'acquirente ma le condizioni sono assurde.
Il servizio clienti non risponde alle mail.

After finally getting my Nanocrystal plating agent, I thought I'd been given the wrong thing, it was that small, nothing like the picture on the website, I at to check it was what I'd ordered it cost me £25 certainly was not worth it, has to my surprise after checking it, I found I could actually get the exact same make and size for the lowest price of £2.25, what a complete rip off, I learned a very expensive lesson to always check other sites before you buy, scandalous.

Ordered a wood splitter. The item received was way smaller than the one in the images on the website and isn't fit for purpose. Had a look at the website with a view to returning the item. To qualify for a chance of a refund you must return your purchase in the original packaging at your own expense to North Macedonia! This is not a UK company despite the uk website. First and last time I'll be using them. Read reviews first,

Avoid! I have been waiting for 3 weeks... and nothing. I just got an update saying that "everything is going very smoothly"! What does that even mean? They are at best incompetent, but I suspect that others are right when describing them as scammers.

I'm honestly super impressed with the magic cleaning cloths i bought from this website, they are not like microfiber but they are even better material than what I expected. Just as advertised:] worth every penny

Unscrupulous trading and misrepresentation of goods. Ordered their Jue Fish Nanometer Crystal Platting Agent for Marble regeneration. The product is useless. Their advertising illustrates an instantaneous improvement whilst in reality it simply a liquid in a very expensive bottle that doesn’t work. Total Scam please do not waste your money….There is no point in looking at their returns policy as it is just a waste of time. Be warned these people are con artists….

ordered the frost trek winter boots from this company, they arrived but they were not fitting me wall my bad i didn't measure my feet and checking the size chart, i emailed the company and got a response withing 1 hours with the return address, went to royal mail and shipped the boots back but the great thing is; because i've paid for the return they gave me 50% store credit and i went and ordered a pair for my husband as well for half the price, just received both pairs, great quality fitment, my experience with the company is excellent.

My office colleague ordered the hair drying brush around 1.5 weeks ago, we were together when she made the purchase. The brush just arrived at the office doorstep and we thought let's test it out and we thought let's test it out and I can say the brush works amazingly well. I just placed a order for it as well but i am just reading some reviews here and and I am lost of words PEOPLE NEED TO REMEMBER THAT IF A PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED IT IS NOT THE COMPANY FAULT ALWAYS! I've had other items being delivered to me damaged from other website because of the courier's fault! I see so many people judging before even emailing the company/ So far we have had a great experience and for now my rating will be 5/5, will see how it goes from here.

One star is too many for this bunch of crooks. Shame l didn’t look at the reviews for this company before ordering. I wouldn’t order again from Quanolo if they were giving stuff away. They are liars and will do anything to avoid giving you a refund no tracking and no parcel after a month. Good job l paid with PayPal in the end they got my money refunded. Avoid these scammers l will
