Make sure to ask questions when ordering
Ordering process was easy. Not sure I understand the reasoning behind me sending prints for product when they didn't use them. We ordered 7" footballs and received 6". When we questioned them about it they said I need to measure on the curve but nowhere states that on the website. We gave them a call and still haven't heard anything. Also disappointing is that our tumblers we ordered the print is way too small for the tumbler which makes it look funny. Now that's mostly my fault but would hope someone who does the printing would find it to look funny and say something. Happy with the quick turnaround and attentiveness when ordered. Also, I wish they would put reviews on their website because I didn't know Trustpilot exists and it would have been great to read reviews before ordering.

We're sorry you had difficulty on the order process. Your rep will contact you shortly on the print on the tumbler and if you can send pictures, that would help as well. For footballs, basketball, soccer balls, the standard industry measurement includes the diameter and/or curve of the ball. As for reviews, will relay your recommendation to our marketing team.

Tire Pressure Gauges
I really appreciate the customer service and the fast delivery. However, the products we ordered are not the quality we were expecting. The engraving is inconsistent, there are 'made in China' stickers on half of the gauges, some of which got in the way of the engraving causing some of the letters to not be engraved or only partially engraved. Everything is still legible, and we will still use them for job fairs and such, but we may look into other vendors next time.

Once we nailed down a product, proofs were provided and and orders were placed in a timely manner. Excellent customer service
We had several changes to our mock-up of the design. They were very helpful even with our several rounds of changes. There was an issue with the product that was delivered but QualityImprint was very helpful in finding a solution. I am very happy with the product and the customer service.
