Very professional post-completion inspection carried out by David at QHC. The detailed report was provided on the same evening as the inspection and was clear, well-structured, and helped highlight issues I wouldn’t have noticed myself. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

Great service, very professional and highly attentive to detail. David was very supporting and understanding while planning the visit, even though I kept changing things. David arrived on time and was highly efficient identifying over 100 defect all of which were rectified by the builder, things that you wouldn’t find unless you knew what you were looking for, would highly recommend.

It was easy to make a booking and the surveyor, David, came on time, was professional and he left us with a detailed report that, in the main, Persimmon Homes took seriously and acted upon. He found far more snags than I expected, included some in areas we would never have seen (in the loft and on the roof, for example) and provided photos and, where needed, explanations to support his findings..

We used David for our post completion snagging on our new build in Eaglescliffe which he completed pre completion and a day earlier than we had booked it.
