A very comprehensive , professional and thorough Snagging Report. David brought to light lots of things we wouldn’t have spotted. We’ll be getting him back to double check that works have been completed by the builder. Money well spent.

David was very responsive and flexible to my request for a snagging report on a new build I had bought. The developer said that the report would only raise cosmetic issues, but in fact it raised crucial fire safety issues that needed to be addressed before moving in.

I wasn’t disappointed. From initial conversations on the phone, subsequent emails about what to expect and David’s visit to my new home, I couldn’t have been more impressed.
