Delicious, fresh and juicy momos with quick delivery
I live in kettering and there are no nepali restaurants. I also get tired when I have cravings for momo and I have to make it myself.
Momo in nearby towns are overrated as well.
I must say thank you a thousand times for doing this online. In UK, definitely we can't buy frozen Nepali goods.
The momo that came was in was perfect condition. It was not totally frozen but perfect state , all momos were separate not stuck at all. And it was so delicious with delicious tomato Achar. I couldn't believe it as the momo was so juicy.
Absolutely recommend !!!
Now I don't have to look for restaurants but just get it online.
Also, momo was delivered in just a few days. I'm 100 percent sure they were freshly made after I ordered as well.
Thank you so much for providing this service for someone who wants to eat momo but no momo restaurant.

Multiple Items were not delivered and had to go behind them for a refund. Even when giving refund 1 pound was less according to their weird calculator.

If anything is out of stock the company do not inform you in advance but instead send the remaining items and issue a refund and charge you for the product which is not delivered.

The web site is very easy to use.
The web site is very easy to use and has a wide range of products. Once l had found what l wanted it only took about 30 secs to pay as the website was able to access all of my details quickly and use Apple Pay. Delivery was very quick ( 2 days) and l was kept informed along the way including tracking on the day of delivery. The chapatti l bought are first class.

Slow delivery, but acceptable when it comes
It was okay. Let’s start with the good. They are real, they ship the products and they arrive. Products where as described, and the fresh products came in a freezer bag with an ice pack which meant they were in perfect condition when they came. Very impressive.
My biggest complaint is I ordered on Monday (albeit late in the day), by Thursday my order status hadn’t changed at all. I emailed their support Thursday asking them to ship the order or cancel. The order did ship, and came the next day (my expectations were waiting a further 3-5 days for delivery after shipping).
On balance, I probably won’t shop here again because I don’t really want to get to the point of having to make contact about an order. That said, it is a perfectly acceptable business and other people might be more willing to accept longer processing times than I am.
