I am so thankful to Ms Aakriti, Ms Chanchal and Ms Mandavi for their timely help in processing my documents, guiding me where I had problems and sending prompt email responses.

I had a great experience with the support team, especially with Aakriti Chabbra. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the qualification check process. I want to leave a public review and express my frustration and I wish I could leave « 0 » star. And I wish I could add screenshots of conversations.

I’m honestly so angry about this situation. The customer service is really bad. They don’t do their job properly and they keep saying they contacted my institutions since January 22th, 2026.

I even contacted my former school myself and I was so insistent about Qualification Check supposedly contacting them that they actually let me see their inbox. There was nothing. No emails received at all. My former school and my university both confirmed they received nothing. Very “strange”.

I told Qualification Check that my university had received nothing and I asked them for proof of the emails they sent. Instead, they asked me to share my university’s contact details, which makes no sense to me.

I don’t understand why I paid for this service and now they’re saying that if I want them to contact the university again, I need to open a new case and pay again. That feels completely unreasonable.

I still don’t understand why WES was able to contact my institution and get a response, but somehow Qualification Check couldn’t. It doesn’t make any sense at all.

The responses also feel like copy-paste blocks that don’t answer the actual questions. Even when a specific person’s name (Sparsh Towari) is mentioned, it still feels like I’m talking to a robot.

At one point, while I was literally still typing my reply, they closed the conversation saying I wasn’t responding, even though I was actively replying within seconds.

This feels like a complete waste of time and money.

And it’s very strange that so many people online seem to have similar issues, while they are the only organization facing this kind of problem.

Excellent service

The Qualification Check team has been impossible at best. Nobody answers their live chat and it isn't possible to reach someone by phone. Every time I email, a different person responds. They do not read emails, they simply copy and paste responses sent in past emails, so it is impossible to make progress when trying to troubleshoot issues. My issues are STILL not resolved. When there was an issue with a particular degree in my account, they simply deleted it rather than giving me a chance to fix the issue. Now they say it isn't possible to add it back without me starting over again. It has already been over a month since I started working with them to get this done. I am sincerely disappointed with this service, and I wish my University did not use this service. Alas, I have no choice and my University requires it. PLEASE FIX YOUR WEBSITE AND HAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES RESPOND PRODUCTIVELY TO MY ISSUE! It is still not resolved.

QC makes it easy for the document verification online. It has regular updates that shows up in portal.
Recently I opened my account with an old reference number instead of the upgraded one and WES rejected the verification. When contacted back through help - the agent Aditya Kumar helped me understand my mistake and guided me through the conversation with proper screenshots. Also the application will be submitted with my current ref number and I am so happy and thankful that I do not have to spend anymore money or time on restarting everything.
The support is a big help and thanks to QC for making the process easy for people like me.

but for £75 - you don’t get a certificate or even a digital signature- so it’s null and void to do anything with .
Usless system that takes money and gives you nothing

I would like to kindly inform you about a challenge I encountered regarding the required application documents.
One of the listed requirements is a transcript without the “student copy” stamp. However, in Ethiopia, universities issue transcripts only with the “student copy” stamp for students, and it is not possible to obtain a version without this indication.
Therefore, I have submitted the official transcript available to me, which includes the “student copy” stamp.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A Deceptive and Completely Useless Service.

​If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not use Qualification Check. It is a complete scam that preys on people needing urgent document verification for services like WES.

​I paid their expensive fee for an "expedited" service that was supposed to take about 4 days. After more than 16 days of waiting, their platform showed a log of them "following up" and repeatedly blamed my "unresponsive" university for the delay.

​This was a complete lie. I contacted my university directly, and they confirmed they had NEVER received any application, email, or contact from Qualification Check. To make matters worse, my university officially processed my request within 2 calendar days after I contacted them directly, so the claim of them being "unresponsive" is a pathetic excuse.

​The absolute proof of their incompetence? After 16 days of doing nothing, they emailed ME to ask for my university's contact information! What exactly did I pay them for?!

​I ended up having to do the work myself and paid my university a second time to send the documents directly. Qualification Check has refused a refund, hiding behind a 24-hour policy which is absurd when they never provided the service in the first place. ​Save your money, time, and sanity. Contact your university directly. This company is deceptive, dishonest, and will take your money and do absolutely nothing. You have been warned.

I had a generally mixed experience with this qualification check. Firstly, the process itself was straightforward, and the platform was easy to use. The instructions were clear, and I like the transparency with document required, that is, the consent form.

However, there were a few areas that could definitely be improved. The service does what it’s supposed to do, but there is room for real time response from the Live Chat. With some adjustments, this could be a much smoother and more reliable experience.

I used qualification because i wanted to avoid the stress of going to the school to source my docs but in the end, wi still did the work myself. Qualification check just sits there, send a mail after a long while, managed to make a single call after i ve queried them severally

I love the company, and its troubleshooting mechanism is just wow.
