I have used Quaderno to integrate TicketBAI into our POS software. The API is very simple to integrate, and it works perfectly. Furthermore, they stand out for their agile and efficient support service.

Tienen un soporte que funciona de verdad. Solo por esto ya recomiendo esta aplicación, porque he probado muchas y lo normal es recibir un copia-pega o alguna excusa. En cambio, ellos preguntan, se interesan y en mi caso además hasta han intervenido directamente en la app para arreglarme un problema (que no era culpa suya).

I have been using Quaderno for many years and have been very pleased with both the service and support. I have tried other sales tax apps in the past that were complicated to use and offered very little help when problems came up. Quaderno has been a completely different experience.

Whenever I have a question, they are quick to respond to my emails and are always helpful. I also appreciate how well they keep their customers informed about sales tax changes throughout the United States and around the world. That is especially important when selling digital products, where tax requirements can become very complicated.

I use Quaderno with my Easy Digital Downloads store, and the two work very well together. Easy Digital Downloads is a small company with a big heart. They truly seem to care about their customers and have always been wonderful to work with.

After dealing with other tax programs that were frustrating and difficult to use, I especially appreciate having Quaderno and Easy Digital Downloads working together to make this part of running my business much easier.

I had a support issue with he TriveCart integration that they quickly resolved

Quaderno got me excited about e-commerce, since it was designed to handle sales tax in the digital marketplace. Setting up my company's account was insanely easy, and the dashboard is well organized and simple to navigate. Quaderno's pricing structure is fair and transparent; I like how nothing is left out or added on.

The plugin is one of my favorite tools in my WooCommerce store, and the blog allowed me to properly configure everything in 10 minutes. The plugin is updated regularly, and invoices sent to customers are professional and compliant.

Most importantly, Quaderno Support is among the best customer support team I have contacted. Their responses are fast, substantial, and relevant to the situation at hand. Regardless of the fact the two problems I faced required days of back-and-forth email messaging, I felt assisted and understood at all times. Developers are completely involved in the process, and they updated and shared vital data needed to remedy my situations. Their team set the example for how I hope all my future B2B interactions will go.

All in all, Quaderno is an excellent tool with an even better team involved, and I can't wait for my company to grow with the software. Whether you're new to online business or just swapping tools, Quaderno is an invaluable asset. Get it if you see it offered on other platforms and marketplaces!

He comparado y probado otras y continuo trabajando con Quaderno. Destacar su "centro de Ayuda", cualquier problema ó duda que tengas te lo resuelven personalmente un técnico.

Excellent tool for tracking tax compliance. I've used it for about five years with no issues.

Short version: Quaderno did not notify us that they had had trouble taking payment from our account, and did not notify us when they cancelled our account. This meant that we lost thousands in uncollected tax revenue.

Long version: We used Quaderno to plug into an online sales platform to identify how much tax we should be charging. We had used them for quite some time. At some point, after receiving marketing communications from them we did not want, we unsubscribed from their marketing communications. When we did that, they also unsubscribed us from key account information emails.

Sometime later, our payment card expired and was renewed. Quaderno were unable to take payment because of this. They did not notify us that they were unable to take payment. They then cancelled our account after we 'ignored' the emails that were never sent. Again, they did not notify us at any point that they were cancelling our service.

A couple of months later, we realised that the service had been cancelled. Quaderno made excuse after excuse, first saying we were checking the wrong email for the notifications, then saying the system definitely sent the emails and it was a problem on our end.

It was only after we requested a GDPR data subject access request did they tell us that they had never emailed us, because when we unsubscribed from marketing emails, we were also unsubscribed us from all account communications--included billing emails and account cancellation emails.

We would never use this company again, both because of the unreliable nature of how they operate, but also because of how evasive they were when we flagged the issue. They looked for every opportunity to say the issue was on our end and took no responsibility for not communicating with us.

We have never worked with a SAAS provider who stops all core account information when a client unsubscribes from marketing emails.

We have immediately migrated away from Quaderno to move to a more reliable supplier. You may wish to consider doing the same.

After using Holded to manage my tax compliance in Spain for TicketBai (which was a disaster!), I switched over to Quaderno and they helped me set up my tax compliance within a week.

Im now saving one full day a month in tax compliance as everything is automated via Quaderno. Awesome software! Simple an easy to use.

Our experience with quaderno has been amazing. We had a slight misunderstanding with how we report our tax figures and how quaderno interprets them this led to a shortfall on our final amount. Elodie and the team helped us sort this out and fixed the issue on their end for us, saving us hours of work. Couldn’t recommend this service more

Payment issue with duplicated payment

We have had a bad experience with Quaderno. The monthly payment has been issued twice. We have provided screenshots of bank account and provided the transmitted transaction IDs.

But unfortunatly the customer support was not helpful. They are not willing to contact their payment provider for help. Now we have to contact our bank to issue a chargeback.

Thats a bad experience and a customer support thats not helpful. :-(
